I ABSOLUTELY HATED going to the dentist until I meet the staff and Dr. Hayman. I now absolutely LOVE going to the dentist. I have been nothing but happy with the attentiveness from the hygienist and the professionalism of Dr Hayman. Thank You!!!!! I would most certainly refer everyone to visit Wilco Dental today.

I had an amazing experience at Wilco Dental! They make appointment scheduling, initial form completion, and insurance steps seamless. The office itself is so nice, clean, staff is so so friendly. I don’t think I waited more than 5 minutes to be called back and I was 10 mins early. The most thorough cleaning, check up, etc I’ve ever had and I was in my car headed home within an hour!

For someone who does not like going to the dentist, I had the best experience at Wilco Dental! The staff is so friendly, and I immediately felt at ease when I walked in. Highly recommended going here!

We LOVE our dentist!!! They are incredible, quick and not pushy! They genuinely care! We pay cash and they have an amazing and affordable membership program that saves us lots!

The dentist can be a daunting place to visit for many reasons, but thankfully the staff is NOT one of those things here. This was the single best cleaning and post care follow up I’ve received in my life. Thanks to the staff and especially to the hygienist. No soreness or discomfort at all. The TV in the ceiling was a cool touch too.

Wish I could give zero stars…was told by the dentist I needed an implant last year and got TWO second opinions. No implant needed! Beware of this office. Candice the manager is very rude. I was waiting to have my teeth cleaned, by Jordyn who is awesome, and as I was waiting I heard Candice talk about a male patient that walked out the front door about how she thought he was cute, etc to the girl up front that checked me in. Very Unprofessional! I also paid my bill online through my EOB and I was told on the way out I had an outstanding balance, I told Candice I paid it through my EOB. She said “we don’t do that”. I was instructed on the phone at Wilco to do that. Someone called me back at home that day and “spent two hours on the phone” getting it straightened out. I called Cigna myself, long story short they had mailed Wilco the money and they never cashed the check. They never apologized. I have called them twice to talk to Dr Hayman and was never called. Needless to say, HORRIBLE BILLING OFFICE, HORRIBLE IMMATURE MANAGER, AND WAS TOLD TO GET AN IMPLANT I DIDN'T NEED. GO ELSEWHERE!!
