Fast Pace Health Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

They have a great staff, very patient and caring. They asked a lot of questions and we’re thorough explaining everything. I took my three year old daughter there yesterday and she loved them. She has never been so comfortable with nurses or doctors like she was there. 10/10 recommend

Close earlier then they are supposed to on Saturday’s. Funny these same people expect the most out of restaurant workers but are too lazy to finish out a half day.

Ms. Wanda is wonderful! She truly enjoys her work and she’s always so happy when we see her. She really does care about her patients! The front desk has also been very respectful to our family. I would highly recommend this place!

I usually dnt have any problems when my son comes but this morning went a little different. I brought my son in not having an appt cause they except walk ins. She told me they was gonna have to see if he can be seen by the pediatrician because she's had alot of walk ins this morning I said ok. I waited for a few minutes and nothing. So I asked did yall check and the woman said that's what we trying to do with an attitude. She was already frustrated with the system so I told her dnt get a attitude because can get one back. I just want my son seen. If your not a people person and have an attitude out of frustration toward the clients that come in this receptionist job isn't for you woman. I wish I knew her name but they dont wear name tags.

This review is for my 70 year old grandmother who is unable to leave a review and was TURNED AWAY by the front desk staff. She has been a patient of Dr. Jim for YEARS and she adores him. She has shingles near her eye that has now spread to her ears and mouth. She called in advance and was told she could come in to be seen. She was then TURNED AWAY and told she would not be seen by the front desk staff. She said the women at the front desk were extremely rude and they treated her like she was nobody. They also told her to go all the way to Humboldt and go to Fast Pace. This company is owned by Fast Pace, so why would you turn her away?? That is absolutely ridiculous and should be unacceptable although I’m not surprised. Is Dr. Jim aware of this incident??? My suggestion is getting your front desk in check… QUICKLY. Absolutely awful.

We have a doctor there, but every time they put us in walk-in and need wait minimum 2 hours to see the doctor… Horrible place….

Daughter , went in for x ray on her wrist @1030 am. Was told would here something back that afternoon so called back and they said o it will be first thing tomorrow. So I called the next day in am still no word on results. Was told they would get back to me soon as they got results. Never did. 3 days later she still has no results on her arm . Terrible place . Will not ever darken there doors again and will for not recommend them . I then Got her in at Jackson orthopedic for a real app .

Open till 12 on Saturday. Went at 11:15 doors locked & was told they were closed. Wont waste my time ever again. I'll just go somewhere that is open when they are suppose to be.
