Super friendly, great staff, great care. 5 big ol' stars for the team that don't put up with th' COVID. They have your back, and anything else that ails ya. Really fantastic, so grateful. Highly recommend

I was getting an ear infection. Have had them all my life as I told Dr Ferrell. I know when they are coming on. I know what solves the issue for that time. He wanted me to try something different. I lost some hearing in my ear due to following his orders. His "nurse" was the worse I have ever encountered. Made me wait an extended time to get a fasting blood test. While she ate her breakfast, played on the computer and talked to others in the office. Did not take vitals properly and acted like it was a bother that I was there.

Excellent Doc great sense of humor, knows his stuff. Like that he is so relatable & easy to talk to

He's always friendly and takes as much time as you need. I've never left without action being taken to resolve the problem. Staff isn't friendly and sometimes it's impossible to get someone to answer the phone.

Doctor Ferrell is an amazing doctor and person, he listens and doesn’t make you feel bad for asking questions. No matter what your concerns are, he will find answers. Love this doctor and his enthusiasm and professionalism.

So lucky to have found this Dr. He genuinely seems to be interested in helping and listening. He doesn't ignore all of my concerns about things that are impacting me on a daily basis instead of just focusing solely on my high cholesterol like drs in the past have.

Family Practice Center 100 William Northern Blvd, Tullahoma, TN 37388 The office personnel called me to reschedule an appointment I had with Dr. Ferrell. Two weeks out was the next available slot. I informed the female working there that I would run out of a medication we were evaluating the dosage of prior to that and asked if she would call in a refill to get me through to the appointment. She then informed me that the only thing she would do is to schedule me to see a Nurse Practitioner, I declined, as I pay to see Medical Doctors not glorified bed pan changers and this issue was between the Doctor and myself. I then reiterated the question, the reply I received (without her consulting anyone) was no one will call in. Although I'm slightly impressed that the Dr at this practice has enough faith in his office personnel to make medical decisions in their absence, I am however abhorred by the fact they approve the ability of the office personnel to regulate medications.

I would like to believe this has nothing to do with the fact that I caught this office in the act of insurance fraud approximately five months ago and was able to stop it, but one can't help but wonder if this is some form of revenge. I did not report the incident at the time, perhaps I should revisit that decision.

One of the best. He is seems genuinely happy and enthusiastic to see you, and takes the time to listen to your concerns without making you feel rushed—which is rare these days. So glad we found him!
