Do not go here. I had oral surgery last week. As embarrassing as it is I woke up covered In my own urine I have finger print bruises on my legs and my face. I’m not sure what happened but this is unacceptable. They didn’t say anything about me being combative or fighting them so what happened??
THE BEST DENTIST EVER.. THE STAFF IS GREAT TO. HE DOES NOT LET YOU SUFFER GREAT BEDSIDE MANNERS. BEEN GOING TO HIM FOR YEARS.
Currently have been waiting for 2 hours for a simple baby tooth extraction on my 10 year old. I can hear the staff having a party and a child screaming ow it hurts excessively. So far staff partying loud music and children still having dental work done even though theyre not numb yet Seriously thinking of leaving here but Ive waited 2 months to get an appointment here rescheduled twice my kid just needs a capped tooth pulled. Jeez.Edit ended up leaving after 2 and half hours of waiting. Ill take my child somewhere more professional who knows how to schedule appointments better. Huge waste of my time
Getting teeth cut out is a nerve wrecking thing. Dr. Locke and his staff have always been very friendly. I developed dry socket and they got me right in the next day and helped Yes it may take a little bit in his office but I can understand that. Especially with surgeries. He didn’t rush me and answered all of my questions and calmed my concerns.
I have a difficult time rating this office. The care given and the friendliness of the staff are second to none but they have major problems with scheduling and patient management. Now this is oral surgery and as with any surgery delays can and do happen. Most practices manage this as best they can but lengthy delays here are the norm rather than the exception. You can and very probably will wait hours to be seen unless youre the first patient in the morning. The only upside is that youll get top notch care and treatment once you are finally seen. Again delays of this nature arent uncommon with surgeons. The difference here is that seems to be their normal way of doing business rather than the exception and they dont appear to care if your time is valuable too. I personally always schedule surgeries first thing in the morning so I rarely encounter these issues. Who wants to go hungry all day while fasting for surgery anyway? Its the followup appointments in the afternoons that I get caught up on. Only you can decide if the treatment here is worth you personally waiting for.
I had my wisdom teeth out at Dr. Lockes office and I had an excellent experience. There was a bit of a wait and I stumbled across these reviews while I was waiting in the lobby and they made me worry. After my visit I wanted to come on here and tell you all that although you may wait you are going to have an excellent visit. From the moment I walked in the door the staff from the front desk to to the nurses made me feel comfortable. I was very nervous and the nurse sat and talked with me and helped ease my mind. And then I met Dr. Locke. He is so friendly and will make you feel comfortable.
I’ve read many mixed reviews before seeing Dr.Locke but I’d have to say he’s worth the time and wait. After calling countless offices to see who could get me in before my insurance expired a settled on this office and even though I was scheduled further out than I anticipated the surgery scheduler worked on moving my appointment up when she got a cancellation. I was very pleased they got me in sooner And I was very happy with how the dr treated me. I did have a wait time in the office but the staff was very friendly and accommodating in every way they could be. He’s the only oral surgeon in this area so apparently he gets all the emergencies around sent to him and he works them in when he can which cause some schedule delays along with he also takes his time to talk to each patient as he would his own family or friend. Very pleased with my overall experience
If you not willing to wait over 2 hours in a packed waiting room or sit in your car. Oh not to mention another 2 hours wait in exam before Dr comes in to see you so expect to be there almost 4 hours for consultation. You could have major surgery and be in recovery room sooner than you can see the Dr at this place. If your dentist recommends you go to Dr Lock...RUN from that horrible place🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🙄🙄
VERY UNPROFESSIONALMy 17 yr old was to have her wisdom teeth extracted at 215 today. We received a call an hour before and they wanted to delay an hour due to “unforeseen” emergencies so we showed up right at 315. 2 hours later we were still sitting in waiting room. My daughter just so happened to look up Locke’s reviews and we were at first shocked then horrified. Apparently this is COMMON place for Locke... entirely unprofessional. We were told it would be another hour 615 before they could take her back OR they had an opening at 1030 tomorrow morning. After reading the reviews Locke apparently does reschedules OFTEN. The poor girl who was before us was supposed to have her extraction at 1 but they didn’t take her back until 430If you have been referred to this highly unprofessional “doctor” RUN 😡We’re going to another surgeon. There’s no way I could make my daughter wait another 2 hours or have to go through another night of fasting. She’s 17 and it was scary enough for her as it was but to have to sit and wait for HOURRRSSSssss is never ok. Everyone’s time is as valuable as the next person’s If you don’t advocate for yourself and your children no one else will
This place is terrible I came here for wisdom teeth removal and waited 2 days both times I waited for over 4 hours The first day all they did was give a run around then said it’s too late in the day come back tomorrow. Rescheduled for the next day at 115 then was called a few hours before and told it was pushed till 2. Got here at 2 sat for over an hour then was finally taken back into the room to sit for another hour. I sat in the room until 520 then they finally started. They had to know I wasn’t going to be seen the first day and still made me sit in the parking lot for 4 hours. I understand emergencies happen but I missed 2 days of work because of them not caring for anyone’s time except theirs.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
