It appears my review is a broken record with other reviews.. The front desk is unprofessional and does not treat patients like they are anything other than a burden. Last time I checked seeing patients paid the provider who in turn paid the rude front desk staff. It depends on them to get you to the nurse or the appointment to see a provider....a human life is not a poker chip and I would not take the gamble.FRONT STAFF IS THE PROBLEM

As my PCP I called and let the lady on the phone know of my current health problems and all my current symptoms. Some of them are SEVERE and causing me a lot of pain and discomfort. They are NOT Covid related issues. All the woman was worried about was why I couldn’t miss any work and began questioning me about my point system then advised me to go to the fast pace clinic for care. Very unprofessional and rude on the phone. Absolutely NO phone etiquette or concern of my current condition. I guess Fast Pace will be seeing me for my thyroid med refills lab tests and several other medical conditions that Universal Care does not seem to have the time to help me with. I used to wonder why so many Fast Pace clinics were going up all over the country….. I no longer question that. Some of us have no choice but to work. I apologize that my work schedule point system and health doesn’t fit into your opinion of an ideal situation. I wasn’t given a choice in the matter either.

This is more of a review for the front desk and not Dr Lee he’s not that bad but not great either but front desk are terrible. They over booked me then called and for some reason wasn’t able to leave a message but in the two weeks from phone call to my appointment never tried to reach me again and I even was in the office for blood work and never said anything but when I went for appointment told me then acted like it was my fault for not calling them back.

Got me in quickly. Very nice people. The Doctor cares enough to be personal yet still very professional. Free wifi and wheelchair accessible. Curently requiring masks and temp checks.

My Wife and Myself have been patients for 9 years and We have had All POSITIVE and EXCELLENT care. Dr Lee is Highly Educated and takes time to listen to our needs. Excellent bedside manners and I HIGHLY Recommend Him Staff are Great and treats Everyone with RESPECT Very HAPPY Staff. Nice Peaceful waiting room.

Drive a tractor trailer. Need an appointment to get an albuterol replacement. Try to avoid appointments but off SATURDAY and Sunday only. Cant get my inhaler at dryg store refill🤬
