I have seen Dr Barton for nearly 10 years now. The office staff are always helpful and kind. Dr Barton is amazing at what she does and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She has seen me through miscarriages and delivery and numerous surgeries and I honestly could ask for a better doctor. Thank you for all you have done Dr Barton.

I had an appointment and found out there were issues with my insurance (I had just spoken with my insurance the day before and was told everything was good with our policy). While I was trying to straighten out the problem with the company, the office staff told me that it wasn’t their problem and that I couldn’t have my appointment. They were not the least bit helpful or caring and were very nasty to me even as I was crying in the middle of the office. If their office staff aren’t the least bit empathetic or concerned or caring about their patients, how can I be certain I’m going to receive the very best care? If something happens to my baby while I’m on the search for another doctor, this is on them!

Dr. Bennett is amazing and has always made me very comfortable. He’s very thorough I’ve never left his office with a question and he has always listened to any concerns I may have had. The only time I’ve ever had to wait was when he was in surgery or delivering a baby. I’ve recommended him several times and my mother and grandmother see him as well.

Always early to my appointments but provider was always running late or behind schedule even when I was his first patient of the day. Felt rushed & uncomfortable with Dr. Bennett. The last appointment I went to I arrived 20 minutes early to check in & get my urinalysis done prior to my appointment & waited 45 in the providers room for him to even come in & asked me to sign paperwork for tubal ligation when I wanted him to look at a rash on my belly. Front office staff told me I was not able to change providers because it was against office policy. As a female patient I should have the right to choose a female provider or switch providers of I feel uncomfortable with a provider. That should be my right as a patient so I have switch clinics and will be delivering at a different location.

We have been coming to this pediatrics facility for awhile now. We were here for the transition from one company to another. We are thankful for a staff that takes time to listen to what the patients and parents have to say durning their visit. We are also thankful for being given more than one option whenever it comes to medicines and care for our child.

Avoid this place. They don't accept walk ins, they never send in prescriptions until you call them 5 times. Not open on weekends. You make an appointment for a certain time then still don't get seen until hours after that. They have went very downhill sense Vanderbilt took over. Go elsewhere.

This review is not based on the 4 years my children have been going to the clinic. This review is based on our visit today. We waited 45 minutes for the doctor to come to our room. Not what I wanted to happen but life goes on. Our appointment was at 2. They magically fit me in the same day I called. Didn’t get done until after 3 and couldn’t wait on the tests to get done. I was late picking my child up from school. It’s now after 4 o’clock and still no call back from the doctor with her results that should have been done before 3:30. Not happy with this visit. My child is very sick and after 2 1/2 hours I should know what’s wrong with her by now. We miss Dr. Campbell.

I love the staff here! My son hates coming to the doctor and always throws a fit the whole time we’re there but the nurses are always so patient and try their best to make him feel reassured. The dr always makes sure that all our concerns are talked about and resolved

We have been bringing our son here since birth. He tends to be sickly quite often and they are always so quick to work us in same day. They have been able to help with every situation and refer us to specialist when needed. We love seeing Heidi for all of our needs but the other providers are just as helpful. All of the staff is caring and respectful!
