MIchael Tepedino's Online Review Report Card

Dr. T as I call him has been my urologist for 30+ years. I can't express how great he is in what he do, He is an amazing guy!! Between The Good Lord and Him I truly don't believe I would be alive today.

hateful hateful provider.

Had to wait 7 months before i heard from his office. My doctor placed a referral in May. After a few phone calls, i finally had an appointment. Today I showed up for my appointment, office was completely closed. Called the office, and spoke to the operator. "The office is closed due to extreme weather conditions, they contacted all their patients." then was hung up on. (we got a few inches of snow, roads are clear). Never got contacted by the office. I havent even seen this provider yet, and I have 0 trust in their abilities already.

The ladies that work in Dr. Tepedino’s office are the most unhelpful employees I’ve ever seen! They go out of their way to make sure they treat the patient like they don’t matter and are nothing. These horrible, miserable women are unnecessarily rude and very hateful. They will hang up on you and interrupt you without you getting any word in. This office seriously needs to be reported for mistreatment of patients! Do they not realize that us the patients is what keeps them in business and having a job? Someone needs to fact check these poor excuse of nurses!

This place is absolutely horrible! The nurses and women in the office are extremely rude and very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this circus for an office to anyone!

Denied service to my husband because he was BLIND and couldn’t fill out the paperwork. Lady in the office was very rude to him, saying well we don’t have anyone here who can help you with that. (I wasn’t able to be there because we have a 4 year old son and no vehicle so he takes Med ride to his appointments). Very unprofessional, though after reading this doctor’s reviews I think my husband dodged a bullet… Definitely look elsewhere if you need an urologist!!! Would give 0 stars if possible.

This doctor made me feel extremely uncomfortable. At my first visit he was rubbing up and down my thighs (mind you I’m a 19 year old girl) at first I thought it was him trying to comfort me, but I was mistaken. He continued to make me feel uncomfortable by staring at my chest while talking to me. He didn’t give me any answers on my first visit and told me to get an X-ray for a kidney stone that I’ve had for at least two months. I got the X-ray the next day and came back. The doctor was still creepy towards me and made me super uncomfortable, even on the second go around. I’ve never felt more relieved to get away from a doctors office in my entire life. Not only did he creep me out, but he also basically said for me to figure out my situation on my own. Please do not go to this doctor. He’s completely unprofessional and creepy.

I want to say thank you very much to dr. Tepedino for the surgery ...I fill very,very good ...thank you very much !!

i called to get info the lady that i was talking with was very rude after i told her i do not have a prim doc . i was ask how do i get the info if i dont have a prim doc . then i was asking for her boss as she hang up on right after she told me to go some where else . so i went to the office to talk with the dr. tepedino she was still rude said i was yelling which yes i was little angry for the way she treated me on th phone and in person did go talk with a lawyer that told me to try to talk with dr. tepedino again so i can let him know how his employee treaded me and i would love to be able to talk with dr tepedino about this and what i can do about the E.D. that i really need to get done was not able to get treatment but did try

The office staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. Tepedino has an excellent bedside manner. He takes his time and listens. I trust him.
