Richard Cole's Online Review Report Card

I really like Dr. Cole. He is very gentle caring and explains things well. He takes the time listens to you and answers questions. My husband I both see him and feel he is a great doctor.

If it was not for Doctor Cole on May 14 2020 I would not be on this planet anymore. The man was and is amazing I had the mother of all heart related problems. I had an Aortic Dissection. The odds of survival are very slim He diagnosed and got me to Vanderbilt where I had an artificial Aorta placed on the upper section of my heart. I will return to Vandy sometime in the future to see about repair of the bottom. But thanks to the attention of Dr. Cole I am alive and able to post this review John Ritter needed Dr. Cole when his Aorta Blew out on him. We all know he never made that trip.

If you are looking for a doctor that is more than happy to write you a prescription for medication wether you need them or not this is your man

I have been a patient of Dr. Coles for over 20 years and not once have I been disappointed with his care. He is highly professional has a caring attitude and takes a scientific approach to his practice. He never rushes his examination and fully explains his diagnosis and plan for a cure. I would give him the highest rating

Terrible rude front office staff. Would never recommend no matter how good he may or may not be. Insurance says taking new patients so scheduled and they didn’t tell me that it was with the NP. When went to get records to go somewhere else I just was going to tell them that the insurance says they are and she started off to me and said well we talk to them every day we can’t help it if they don’t update their records. Didn’t even say sorry for mixup or anything. Could give 1 star

Prior to Dr. Cole I have had a number of doctor’s and he is the best He is not only a great medical practitioner but is also a medical scientist who keeps up with the new developments in medicine. He always explains fully what your problem is and how he will treat it. The nurses and other staff are competent professionals and have always treated me well.

Dr. Richard Cole is the best doctor that you will ever find he honestly cares about his patients and concerned for their welfare. He will talk to you about everything going on with your health and explain things in detail of what you may not understand. He will spend the necessary time with his patients because he honestly wants to help you. He is so considerate of your feelings and how you are going to work together to put whatever may be wrong with you behind you. I really appreciate that there are still Doctors out there that arent just in it for the money but their there to support the patient and their welfare. You will be pleased with your visit to Dr. Coles Office.
