I was a patient for a number of years. Was diagnosed with asthma. Sent for angioplasty to St. Thomas was told i had a dystolic heart nothing could be done. Continued asthma treatment conditioned worsens moved to Az. For relief after a visit to internist told i had a value bad . New years Eve had arotic valve replaced cured my breathing. Problem . I was informed my diagnosed condition in tn. Was not correct . Had my doctor took the time to listen to my heart and ordered my angioplasty both sides of my heart I would have save myself allot of anxiety money and time. Instead of a pill pusher. I was told how great he is well for my part I dont think so. I have had the opportunity t o see other MD in their office not very impressed. He might be a great doctor but not for me

No real treatment diagnose as dystolic heart condition treating me for asthma when actually it was my arctic valve. Angioplasty performed on only one side of my heart. Problem later diagnosed by a GP in AZ replace 7 mo later.this went on for about 3 yrs. A visit would consist of interview what pills I might need. I could have received better care from a vet.

Came to the office to get blood work ordered by Dr. Nichols. I waited in line for quite a while when I was told I had to pay first before they would take my blood. After I paid the regular phlebotomist was gone so I saw a different nurse. He took my blood but as I later learned never sent the blood to the lab and it spoiled and was not checked. Later after moving I had that blood work done at a new office. It turns out my PSA was very high and I have an aggressive prostate cancer. That would have been caught much earlier if they didnt hassle me over a prepayment on lab work and the lab work had been completed. I had never missed a payment with this office.
