Im a 65 year old female ..dr collier was my dr years ago..I just found out today April 1 2021 that dr collier did something to me that was not her right to do..I had hep c..she refused me treatment unless I went to a physiatrist and took treatment for depression..I was told no phychiatrist no treatment for a cure for hep c..so I did it..but I still had to get another dr to give me the treatment. they forced me to continue psychiatric drugs saying I could not ever quit the drugs ..after 30 years of drugs I was disabled ..near dead zombie...I told phyciatric dr..but he says you’ll die without the drugs.....I’ll die with them I said..I quit all big pharma..took me over a year to get off them....but i got my life back...I should have questioned and demanded my rights from dr collier and a few more drs ...I didn’t know my rights and i let them push there death drugs on me..be aware of your rights..a dr can not force you to take big pharma or a vaccine..it’s medical discrimination

Excellent details given and took time to explain the medicine I was to pick up which was a compound and cant be filled at just any location. She diagnosed the prob and I was better in a short time

The facility in Tullahoma literally has six chairs int he waiting room. I thought I would give it a chance anyway. Why did I do that? So I get back the LPN takes my blood pressure asks typical questions types it in the computer. and leaves. At this point I am assuming the doctor would come in after. That is not what happened. The LPN comes back in and apparently has a PH. D in Gastroenterology. So then I tell her where I am hurting and she says it is my colon not my stomach. Keep in mind my doctor has been treating me for over a year for ulcers. She says well I dont mean to throw anyone under the bus but they shouldnt have done that. If you had stomach ulcers you would be hurting here and points to my chest......eye roll. Seriously? She completely ignored my doctors orders for an Endoscopy and ordered a Colonoscopy. Needless to say I am on the phone trying to get a Gastroenterologist not in the county. So I told her I did not agree with her and she seriously asked what I did not agree with . I had to look at her and tell her all of it. Everything and then she gores on to try and make me understand so I will be filing a formal complaint with the hospital this office is affiliated with.

Have been seeing Dr. Collier for more than 20 years. She saved my life.

Does not return calls with promised test results after procedures. Very unfriendly receptionist who is rude and probably doesn’t even bother to pass on messages. Would not recommend this doctor

Upon arrival the receptionist asked me if everything was the same...insurance and address...I said yes. Then she asked for a $50 copay...I responded that I didnt have a $50 copay...she rudely said yes you do and asked to see my insurance card. I showed her the card and there is NO CO PAY. She said I was going to have to pay the $50 copay anyway. I refused. Then she said I had a balance $22 and if I didnt pay it now I couldnt see the doctor. Rude girl. I walk out. I wont be returning.
