Made me feel like trash and a liar. Coming from a Healthcare and Military background I have never been treated with such disregard and disrespect. If it wasn't for me needing blood pressure medicine and lack of local doctors that take my insurance I would never go back. Thank you for making life harder for me as if it's not already hard for the majority of us just trying to live a decent and HONEST life for ourselves and children. Doctors are supposed to be there for patients not the other way around. You didn't even offer an alternative medication. You chose a field that is supposed to help people overcome physical and mental ISSUES hindering their lives not one that induces it. I will record every visit from now on. I'd be happy to release my records from previous Healthcare providers (Doctors, Therapist, hospital, etc...) for any DIAGNOSIS/PROGNOSIS previously determined that you may question or need to validate to actually give the proper care needed INCLUDING Dr. Jeremy Owens but we'll need the release forms from your office. I believe one Healthcare provider may be teaching at Vanderbilt if credibility is a concern. This also assuming HIPAA is still in effect? I'd be happy to also get pharmaceutical records for the past 20 years if still available if that would help. Thank you for leaving a lasting impression of Southern Tennessee and Lifepoint Health and their ability to FAIL me and possibly OTHERS in a time of NEED.
Worse bedside manners I have ever experienced. Coming from a Healthcare and Military background I have never been treated with such disregard and disrespect. Find a different field if you need to but don't take it out on your patients causing more pain and suffering. I am so very Thankful Doctor Crater is my doctor. He listens to my concerns and is very caring. He makes sure I get all the medical help I need. He refers me to specialist where I can get help with problems he finds. I have recommended him to all my family members and friends. I think he is the best. Very intelligent. His job is not a job, it is a calling from The Lord.
Dr. Crater treated me like a serious patient! He was engaging in conversation and expressed an interest in my life and medical concerns. His professional demeanor was refreshing and he scheduled various medical procedures to evaluate my concerns. What a breath of fresh air!

They don’t schedule their appointments like they should and told me I’m supposed to take care of that. My mom has been out of her medicine for two and a half days now and all he has to do is sign a piece of paper. And this is the second month in a row this has happened. And they also hung up on me. Sorry that I’m so upset that y’all don’t know how to schedule things right and that you can’t sign a piece of paper in two days. Oh and the next appointment available isn’t until next week so please tell me how we should go about making appointments for her medicine a week in advance or call about her medicine a week in advance when calling doesn’t work. So basically it’s our job to do everything except for him to sign a piece of paper that he can’t do.
Dr Crater and his office staff were extremely helpful and very nice. Dr Crater was very thorough with my wellness check and made me feel comfortable. 1010 would recommend Dr Crater

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
