I am so glad I came to Dr. Bateys. He has the friendliest staff I have ever dealt with and his nurse is super super kind. Always prompt when you go for your appointment and that really means so much to me...I not real good with waiting when I have a scheduled appt. Which is something I have never had to do at his office. I am a super satisfied customer for sure as I'm sure all his patients are!!!!

They have the friendliest staff imaginable!! They don't try to just get you in and out so they can move on to next patient. They take time to listen to you and and dont rush you. They take the time to actually get to know you and your history which shows they are truly concerned about you as a patient so they can provide the best treatment. Absolutely the best Dr and staff union city has to offer!
