Thank you Dr. Dotson & my work family for taking care of me when I was sick. Karen & Bayleigh we’re so good to me. I just love y’all. Even though Karen poked me with a 20g. Lol. & everyone who checked on me. I love this place.
I was out of town when I hurt my back and had to go to the ER. After seeing the reviews for this hospital I was not looking forward to going in. The nurse Ben was amazing. I needed to be held a certain way to avoid horrible pain, and he did just that. He also had a good personality... I am not much of a people person but Ben was the perfect person to take care of me. Also the X-Ray tech was very caring and did a great job. The doctor was friendly and understanding.
I went to their ER around 1 am with my husband which was suffering a bad alergy. Dr. Dobson and the nursing staff treat him well and prescribed what we were expecting to stop the alergy. Waiting time was approx 30 min which is not bad for a small hospital like this. Two weeks later, I went with a friend of mine which was having a bad case of dermatitis with blisters in her hands and feet. This time, I went to their Walk-in Clinic. The Nurse Practitioner (Jennifer) prescribed a treatment that helped my friend feel better and heal her blisters. The waiting time was aporox 45 min but the clinic was very busy that day.
My mom goes in with multiple injuries from a fall including a severely sprained wrist and they tell her to take tylenol... Her pain level has been atleast 8 put of 10 if not closer to 10 but they tell her tylenol!? Yall need to get some Doctors that will actually do their jobs! You can prescribe Percocet of hyrdros to some cracked out junkie for a minor injuries but when you have someone who is in horrible pain you tell them take tylenol! Never again will I go to yall for any type of care!
As always seems to be the case, 1 or 2 people ruin it for everyone else. Most of the nurses & staff were friendly and compassionate. Notably, med nurse's Marsha & Lisa, charge nurse Marla, social worker Martha - very caring and kind as again, most were. But... beware of charge nurse Rhonda on nights. As my brother was taking his last breaths, she turned to me and said "that's what you get for pushing all the meds". Then as her and the night nurse, also named Rhonda, held my brother upright, she checked to see if he had messed himself and noted to her co-worker that he had, as if that was the most important thing at the time. She also when my brother asked earlier in the evening if he could have a drink of water while she was replacing the iv he had removed, told him "well haven't you been drinking water all night". Why this woman is in the health care business is beyond comprehension. She goes out of her way to be rude. I wouldn't let her take care of farm animals. I hope she suffers the same treatment at some time in her life as she shows others and I hope her family gets to witness as I did. Just an awful human being.
Waited 3 hours in the waiting room so our granddaughter could be seen. Never even made it to the room. No one said anything to us. Left there and went to Dickson Tri-Star Horizon.
Thank you so much Dr. Dodson and the nursing staff. My family and I took a road trip and we stayed the night at The Hilton Garden Express. I had taken sick and had to find the nearest hospital and it happened to be Three Rivers Hospital, the staff took really good care of me and I was in and out of there within a little bit over an hour.. I truly appreciated them.
I walked in with my son that had just got bit by a dog. Got the paperwork and filled it out. Moments later a little boy comes in with a scratch on his head and knee and walks in to be treated before me. No i don't think so my son may be acting fine but he has autism. So his pain threshold is higher than most. Service horrible, wait horrible, no cars in the parking lot. But we have been waiting 25 mins so far to be seen. Im really glad that we don't have a even more serious case.
If you go to the ER, it really depends on the physician you get. Definitely not following protocols for certain things. 10/10 would not go for anything major, but they are not a trauma hospital nor do they claim to be.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
