The nurses are exceptional definitely worth 5 ⭐️. The doctors are disappointing to say the least.

The staff was exceptional They went the extra mile were very professional and made sure I was comfortable and informed.

I had to visit the ER yesterday in WaynesboroTN. I must say that Dr. Polk and his staff went above and beyond to ensure my safety and efficiency of my treatment. His attention to detail and taking the time to listen to my opinions were appreciated. I would highly recommend him as a Physician.

We took our babygirl here to the ER. The staff The Nurses The Dr was very nice and they got right on finding out what was wrong with with our babygirl. We appreciate you 💙🙏

I came in with heart problems was told I could possibly have a heart disease and then was dismissed and told good luck with it by the Dr. Dr Christopher interrupted me several times while I was telling him my symptoms and eventually he stopped listening and just walked away. I asked for something for pain 3 times and was denied every time. I also had to wait on the nurse to stop eating her snack before they would take my iv out so I could leave.

Years ago I had a VERY bad experience here where a doctor who seemed annoyed at my existence ignored everything I said about having a ruptured eardrum and after he admitted he couldnt SEE my eardrum through the swelling prescribed me eardrops that will cause permanent deafness to people with ruptured eardrums.But 4 stars because much more recently went in for heart trouble Im experiencing and all the nurses were very attentive considerate and polite and Dr Veeramachaneni was infinitely more competent than the doctor Id seen over my eardrum. I was actually listened to and taken seriously. Whole experience felt very good as far as hospital visits CAN feel good.

We visited Wayne County Medical Center last week week of Feb 25 for the vaccine. I cannot specify the depth of helpful kind friendly the staff exemplified The level of organization and team work between the staff and their comforting interaction with patients is something other medical facilities could use as a model. We were very impressed and the atmosphere was awesome. The facility including restrooms were very clean

Absolutely the best care from my RN. Dr howard was the best doc I have ever seen in am emergency room. Thanks so much to the nurses and docs. So caring. I was dehydrated badly . the staff couldnt get an iv in me and told me tons of times how sorry they were. So caring They made sure I was having no pain as they gave me meds . excellent staff.

Really good friendly and professional staff. I have used the emergency room 3 times over the years and my wife has also stayed at the hospital with twice. They are good they care and it is very clean.

My first ER visit in over 70 years. Wait time was negligible the nurses and aides were efficient with the paperwork. I was in a bed within 15 minutes of entering the building. Five minutes after that Dr Polk came in and examined me while listening to what I had to say. He was congenial but serious and expressed his concerns clearly....prescribed a course of treatment and gave me a good idea what to expect down the road. I am favorably impressed with the professionalism of all the staff and grateful for their help.
