Waited 45 min just to be told they wouldn’t see our kids to clean their teeth unless we paid an extra $1000 for X-rays.

Our experience at Cumberland pediatric Dentistry in White House was a 10 out of 10!! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the lady at the front desk doing the check in process , and all the dental procedures afterwards, they were GREAT!!! They were super busy, but they had such a smooth flow to accommodate everyone.

Absolutely horrendous. Whoever was working up front with the black hair was a smart aleck. I was asked to show up 15 minutes early to do paperwork so I did that but they still failed to get us back on time for our appointment. They were 20 minutes late before getting us back. Then we had a lovely lady named Latifa clean my sons teeth and do what she needed to do she was the best part of the whole visit. But the wait to get an X-ray is absolutely ridiculous definitely should invest in another X-ray machine. I’m not going to even make another appointment here because it was very unorganized and definitely a lot of employees need some evaluation.

Cumberland Pediatrics Dentistry has been my kids dentist for many years. The dentist that has worked with the kids for the last couple yrs is by far one of the BEST pediatric doctors that I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. My anxiety is usually higher than my children’s but the staff always makes me feel better. The woman is made to work with children! Also I’ve not ever seen her pass me in the hall without a huge smile on her face & the best attitude & personality one can have. It gives me hope for the medical field. We love Cumberland Pediatrics in White House!!!!
