I made an appointment online. Checked in early. Was taken back within 10 minutes of my arrival. Tested, diagnosed and out in under 45 minutes. I highly recommend this place!

This place is a joke. I was refused care on 3/8/2023 at 1150 because I am active duty military, but I am approved for TRICARE prime remote so I should be good. I could see the NP or PA in the back while the receptionist was asking, she had zero desire to offer any help at all. She was too concerned about sitting there on her butt, watching her phone. Highly would NOT recommend.

Extremely slow and seems to always be the few times I’ve had to bring my kids. My son ended up being very sick and was left waiting with a fever while we sat in the exam room for nearly 2 hours (waited an hour to get into the room even though I made the appt and checked in online), so we were there over 3 hours. There were only 2 patients in the whole place. Very, very sweet staff but this shouldn’t be called fast paced or an urgent care. It’s kind of scary to be honest. I’ll definitely drive down to an er next time we can’t wait for a regular doctor’s appt. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

We started going to the Fast Pace in White House when we first moved here and didn't have a Primary yet. They've always been quick to get us in and seen. Staff is always friendly and the facility is clean!
