I’ve been going to this doctor since I was 17 so 14 years now. Great and friendly staff. Always treat the problem first and not just try to pump you full of meds. Care about your health.

I have been a patient in this office for some time now. Michelle is fantastic! The nurses, front desk staff, and phlebotomy technicians are also friendly, professional, and caring. If you are looking for great care locally, I would recommend that you give them a try.

Plz do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. This place is horrible. Treated me SEVERELY BAD. And when they wouldn't treat me correctly. they would not give me my 120 dollars back. I'm going to continue to tell everyone in whitehouse to go to someone else. They are disrespectful, MEAN, they dont listen. HORRIBLE TERRIBLE PEOPLE

Dr yim, michelle and paula are all wonderful providers and knowledgeable beyond measure. It isn’t a hassle to be seen and understood, my grandparents have been patients for over 20 years and I have been a patient a year here myself and love the environment. Would recommend to anyone.

As someone who has been in the healthcare profession, for many years, I give this office a Solid 5 Stars. They waste no time, trying to get to the source of the problem and do all they can, to fix it ! They are very straight forward and provide a sense of compassion, that you dont find just anywhere. Very easy to talk to and very receptive of your person thoughts and feelings. The entire staff, welcomes you like family. So glad I found them !

Terrible experience. Went in for a med refill, was with Mr. Yim for 5 minutes tops and received a bill for over $600. This place doesn’t care about you or your health. He just wants your money. Beware this place. Look elsewhere. Also- staff is rude and unfriendly. If I could give this “doctor” 0 stars, I would.

I would love to give this place 0 stars. I saw the doctor once for a med refill (5 min appt tops) and i received a bill for OVER $600.. he’s trying to squeeze every last dime from his patients. I called and wanted a breakdown of the charges, yet he couldn’t give me that. i’ve been doing this for years and not once have i been charged so significantly for such an easy appointment. the doctor didn’t prescribe me anything new, just wrote me a new prescription for the same exact medication my previous doc had given me. boom $600. rude staff, rude and money hungry doctor. Beware.

Great dr. and very polite staff. Everyone seems very knowledgeable and understanding. Dr. Yim is a fantastic dr. and very easy to communicate with, as well as his great staff. There all very friendly and I’ve always been treated with respect. The best part is the quick service. They don’t over book and I’m usually in and out in under 45 mins.
