Went there today for a broken fibula and potential torn something! The staff and the PA were as professional and supportive as could possibly be. I will definitely be sticking with them!

I was referred to this office by my son’s pediatrician. We went in for our initial appointment and was told the doctor was at a different office that day. She then proceeded to say she’d left several messages, which I had never received. Although they had called me to make the appt initially, somehow the number they had in the computer was wrong. I left and called back at a later date to reschedule the appointment. At the second appt, I provided my insurance and was told my co-pay is $45, which I pay. My son gets an x-ray and we’re told by the doctor his scoliosis is only 6% and they don’t do any corrective activity, no brace or exercises prescribed, for less than 15% curvature. Seems odd, right? Let’s wait until it’s so bad that he needs rods in his back. Now, I have a bill sent to me, after insurance has paid and I have paid the co-pay I was told to pay. I called both the billing and the office and was told the co-pay is for a PCP. There are no PCPs in the specialist’s office, why would I be told to pay a PCP co-pay? It was a mistake. So, it isn’t enough that I pay a co-pay and my insurance pay the majority of the bill, now I will also be paying the difference, because my deductible hasn’t been paid in full. This company has already received $249.70 for our visit between the ‘co-pay’ and the insurance. All I have to say is that our medical system is a fraud on the American people and it’s companies like this that perpetuate that fraud. Thanks for being a burden on society, and siphoning my pocketbook to cushion your own.

Dr Roger Blandford and staff are excellent. We first witnessed he and staff caring for a personal friend who came in a wheel chair and now walks in !! We will go to no other provider for this type of care.. You owe it to yourself to go see them. I've had great pain in both my hands and wrists and Dr Blandford and staff found the answer. Faye Haase

Can't say enough good things about Roger and staff. Four in our household have gone for treatment. Roger is thurough, professional, and kind. If you need ortho care only place I would go.
