The receptionist on this date , was very nice.. However the provider that I saw surely wasn't good with people. When I return, I will make sure it's not this particular provider!

When I filled out my scheduled time to come in on their website, which was user friendly, I went into the office and didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes. The nurses were kind and worked with me on my medical issue. The entire visit was quick and swift and I would recommend it.

Two and a half hours after my "appointment" time we finally saw the doctor. Three minutes later and we were out. The nurse was great but I will never go back. My time is just as valuable as theirs.

They were very good. Took test. And prescribed a prescription for me. Told me if I wasn't better soon to come back.

Wonderful service. My granddaughter felt awful and didn't want to be tested for strep. Was very unruly but the staff was so understanding and helpful. When it was all over she tested positive, and they gave her a popsicle. She left sick but happy. Thank you to your wonderful staff at Decherd Fast Pace.

I would like to thank the staff and doctor on duty 3-9-23!! Due to my cough I got a couple days ago. Because of them, I was able to get my first night of sleep, with no problem.

The office is actually in Decherd, TN, but is listed as Fast Pace, Winchester. I went in first thing in the morning with a bad sinus and ear infection and in a lot of pain. They took great care of me and got me out quickly. This office accepts my VA coverage, so that's an added plus.
