15-20 minute outer office wait. Staff was courteous & took vitals, then waited in exam room for a good 20 minutes more. Finally, Doctor wheeled in computer asked some questions, typing in computer, prescribed some medication. Never left his laptop to even use stethoscope or check area of body discomfort. No confidence in him & won't be returning. $$ over quality

Frequent staff turnover & minimal treatment during visits. Staff does minimal vitals then wait in room for about 20 min. Doctor rarely even uses stethoscope on visits to check anything just 5 minute talk & questions. Big bill for no real care

Dr. Chiu has always taken the time to listen to my complaints. I never feel rushed. I have complete confidence and him and recommend him highly.

My husband and I both go to Dr. Chiu. He does not make you wait long, takes time to listen to health concerns, does appropriate testing, referrals. His office staff takes care of paperwork and nursing staff does their work in a professional, pleasant way. I have had decent Primary Doctors before, but I would rate Dr. Chiu as the best Primary I have had to date and I am retired so I have had a few over the years.

My first visit was OK.I went in the office for severe dizziness&nauseous,and he told me what he thought was the causes after he did a complete examination! Which he thinks herniated disk & pinched nerves on my spine,and he also took some blood & urine samples and I go back for follow up in 2wks.So from my own experience,he seems to be a recommended doctor to others,and I also think he's very nice and very concerning! I mean he did take the time and sit down and explain! HE deserves 4+ stars!!!!

Haven't had a follow-up yet but I am extremely happy with Dr. Karen Chui. She is thorough and pleasant and didn't rush during the visit. Five stars!

Dr Chiu is a wonderful Dr. if it wasent for him i would not be here he has pulled me thru 2 times now. he sacraficed xmas eve & day to make sure i am taken care . sent me to vanderbilt hosp ty dr chiu & family for taking time on xmas eve & day to take care of me . we love u Dr Chiu also we thank god for u being our Dr
