Great doctor! Informative, communicates thoroughly in terms you can understand. My surgeries and recoveries wereally just as he explained. Go see him.

Dr. is decent. Katie in the front is pathetic. Everytime I come she make people feel as if they are bothering her.

My best friend just had hip replacement and has spent the last 4 months being treated for staph infection in her incision.He was treating her for cellulitis while she was in Tullahoma NHC and it was obvious that it was not cellulitis the incision was hot to touch and beet red with drainage even the nurse agreed with me that she had never seen cellulitis look that. She is now going to Murfreesboro and having to get everything redone. The worst doctor I have come in contact with in my 30 yrs of nursing. There is not one good thing I can say about this “doctor”. He should not be allowed to practice medicine. Run as far away from this guy as fast as you can.

His nurses were awesome. He alone was the rudest man ever. I wouldn't recommend him at all. Hes very sexist and let me know my hand wouldn't be broke if I acted more lady like. Wont be returning.

My husband had a bad motorcycle accident and broke his collar bone, broke his shoulder blade and 3 broke ribs. He ended up having to have surgery, they put a a plate a 10 screws in his collar bone. Dr. Fiala refused to even write him a non narcotic before surgery to help with his pain, and after surgery during his follow up refused to write him even 800 mg IBU. Told him to take Tylenol. He explained he had been taking so much Tylenol is was making him throw up. He didn't care, and wouldn't even help him put his sling back on. That was 5 days after surgery. The ladies at the front desk are not friendly, very rude. They didn't even make him a follow up appointment to have his staples taken out. Said the doctor would be gone on vacation for 2 weeks before he could be seen again. The worst experience we've ever encountered from a doctor who is supposed to be helping people. My advice, DO NOT GO TO THIS DR GO ANY WHERE BUT HERE!

Dr.Fiala has been my knee doctor for 22 years. He fixed my knee that was banged up very bad in a car wreck. He got me back walking. He had to replace my knee after years of wear an tear. He did an excellent job on it .

Do not go to Fiala! He is the reason i went untreated for 4 months for my ruptured discs. I now have nerve damage to deal with. As a 23 year old he gave me a narcotics lecture when all i wanted was medicine that didnt make me either sick or still in pain so i could sit through my college classes. After that i decided to get a second opinion. Next doctor i went to immediately sent me for an MRI and guess what you couldnt see on the xrays.... Fiala sent me to physical therapy and they had me doing exercises i never should have been doing thus the reason i ended up crying every time I was there. This and the 4 months to get a true diagnosis is the reason for the nerve damage. Save yourself some time/pain and go to someone with good reviews and ratings.

My husband hurt him self on a side by side and did damage to his shoulder. Dr. Fiala did the surgery and has been such a great doc. He explains everything that is going on. Takes the time with you. He does tell you how it is, but I like that in a doc. All in all my husband is better and its thank to Dr. Fiala!

Taking my husband to another doctor since hes had issues with his knee ever since surgery.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fiala for about many years and have had 2 surgeries on my foot, a surgery on my shoulder and carpal tunnel surgery. His diagnosis of my problems were correct and when possible he attempted to treat the issues – using surgery as the last resort. Very professional and dedicated. Takes time to answer concerns and explain procedures. Office staff is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Fiala and have and will continue to recommend friends and family to his practice. Excellent orthopedic doctor.
