It is always a professional and happy employees at this office, they are at the top of appointments, test, scheduling other test, they have all your info when you go to make your appointment, they are kind and ask you if you have questions, they are completely prepared to answer anything or explain what the visit is for, they are wonderful

He has had my husband a patient for years . Very good dr. Very pleased with his office.

Very thorough and friendly Dr and staff. It's the first doctors office that I have ever seen that your appointment is at 8 and you are called back to be seen around 8. That is a miracle in itself.

Had chemical stress test at his office and all went smooth. Office staff very friendly to deal with and procedure nursing staff very professional. Thank you to all.

Dr. Basaraba took the time to explain everything to me . I was comfortable during my ultrasound and the staff was very friendly. I saw the NP on my follow up visit and she was very knowledgeable and kind.

Dr. Basaraba has been my heart Dr ever since I had a minor heart attack. I just recently seen him for a check up after the sudden death of my mother. I am extremely disappointed in the level of service provided. When I went back for the follow up appointment after my testing, I did not even see Dr. Basaraba at all. There is also the issue of NOT being able to submit payments through their website and that is totally ridiculous in this day and age. I don't have time to run out to their office to submit a payment. I attempted to send payment through bill pay with my bank but apparently I do not have a correct mailing address. I tired to call about this and there is also the issue of calling DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS and JUST GETTING AN ANSWERING MACHINE. It is my hope that this office reads this review and makes some serious changes in how they serve their patients.

We trusted Dr. Basaraba with my father during a heart attack. After 3 days of being in the hospital on a nitro drip Dr. Basaraba finally decided that he wanted to do an arteriogram. We tried to ask questions about the procedure and tried to inform him that my father had a history of complications during an arteriogram, but he did not want to listen and wanted to know why we were questioning his ability. When it came time for the arteriogram the tech came to get my dad and informed us that if they found anything and needed to do a stint, etc. That they would have to do another one on the next day. This is where we decided as a family that we needed to get him to another Dr. When we talked to him to tell him we were wanting to get him sent to Vanderbilt he simply replied FINE in a very rude and unprofessional manner. We waited over 9 hours before he showed up to sign the release paperwork to get him sent to another hospital after getting the hospital management involved. We even found out that he had left the hospital for several hours knowing my dad needed care. When he did show up he refused to sign the paperwork and we were forced to release care to another Dr. In the hospital so he could sign the paperwork. Dr. Basaraba is a horrible man and he toyed with my fathers life. I would not recommend him to anyone as I would hate to see them endure the same experience as we did.

The doctor went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. I have referred several family members to him. We are all very happy with the care we receive.

Dr B. Is very intelligent and professional with a caring compassionate attitude. His offices are neat and clean. His delightfully, caring and professional nurses and cardiac staff go out of their way to explain and make sure you understand every step of the testing. They are a joy to see during a stressful situation. When tests were completed Dr. B patiently explained results and need for further testing. He was very understanding/ reassuring when he explained future tests. I highly recommend

Friendly staff, clean office, appointment at 1pm and I was seen within 5 minutes. Appropriate follow up scheduled. I am a retired RN and I found him extremely intelligent.
