List of Sherri Walker's Reviews
Dr. Walker is an amazing practioner. She is highly skilled in multiple facets of medicine. She marries conventional, manipulation and homeopathic medicine for optimum treatment. Highly recommend. Remember, if you have to wait for her, it is because she is providing the exceptional care you expect from her to another patient.
Dr. Walker listened and discovered a rare disease that the blood oncologist was skeptical Dr. Walker was right. We are thankful for the time she takes with every patient. The staff is excellent.
Was not even able to obtain a visit. The receptionist that answered my call had a "I could careless attitude" to start with. When I told her I was calling to schedule a new patient appointment for my husband she put me on hold. When she came back on the line she told me she would need to get some info on my husband for the Doctor to review to see if she even wanted to take him on as a patient. She then proceeded to tell me it would be 6 months to even get him in. Mind you I had not given her any info yet or told her what insurance we had. I'm a medical professional and all I can say is wow. So sad. Don't call this office looking for a new Doc. We are new to Tennessee and this was the first experience with a medical office. Very disappointing. I'm happy to say the next office was very welcoming and helpful and personable on the phone.
Dr. Walker is very thorough and seems to genuinely care for my wellbeing and getting me healthy. I appreciate the approach she takes concerning my health.
Dr. Walker is horrible! While seeing me she talk to me with such disgust as if she was lower than me. She shouted at me and told me "I need to get a handle on things and not use my depression as a excuse." She was behind and we waited for a hour and 20 minutes. Worst service by far. Would definitely never reccomend her. Please go anywhere else.
Dr. Walker has the most patience with all her patients she listens to me she may take more time but that's okay I rather have a doctor that spends more time with me then Rush In And rush out I have multiple sclerosis and she takes the time to listen to everything that is wrong with me and helps me out in any way possible I trust her with everything
Dr. Walker is very caring and excellent as our PCM. She listens, finds the illness and treats. Her care for her patients is the upmost; calls on weekends to follow-up or answer questions about new illnesses. My wife and I are one hour (+) from Dr. Walker's office and could use a much closer PCM, but we chose her. Dr. Walker and staff are so friendly, helpful, and actually welcomes you upon arrival. Wait time is next to none. We have used Dr. Walkers facilities (care) for over three years and will continue.
I was referred from my neurologist for a sleep study and Dr. Smith read my results. I accidentally discovered that I had narcolepsy... which actually had a lot of sense but was never expected. The dr was quite knowledgeable, the nurse nice, the front desk absurdly horrible. I had to take time of from work multiple times and get a sitter for my child because the orders needed for my sleep study weren’t sent in. I started using the clinic as a walk-in and had plans to see if my daughter could see her too. My prescriptions for regular visits weren’t sent in and the front desk wouldn’t even follow up on, just left me without meds until I when to a new doctor to get dx and a rx. The pharmacy confirmed they have issues getting scripts all the time from the clinic. I feel like a specific medication was pushed on me because pharmaceutical reps had deals with the doctor and I was brushed off and even told I couldn’t talk to the doctor about a different medication. My PA’s weren’t called in and I had to constantly talk to my PBM, pharmacy and doctor office to try and get my medication. The pbm and pharmacy both telling my the dr office isn’t sending in the forms and I had to have them faxed multiple times. The meds weren’t a magic fix so instead of working with me for new medication, I guess I’m too much trouble to help, so I was told to find a new doctor. If you want someone who’s too busy to give you the right care and treatment and staff to overwhelmed to have customer care and follow up on paperwork then this is the right place for you! If you demand personalized care and want to be treated right and efficiently then find somewhere else to go! I got on today to see what other people said and wasn’t surprised at for the previously bad review but I experienced it too.
We have not been to an office where we felt more cared for. Dr.Walker has such a loving personality!
Dr Walker is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever known . After 75 years I have known a few . I love her as a person. Maybe sometime you have a wait ,but you can be sure she will treat you with dignity. Maybelle Barnes

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
