I have always had good service and have complete confidence in the medical practitioners at this clinic. I can depend on being able to get same day appointments to address my issues.

Great staff and technicians. Easy access for appointment times. Fast service.

When I went in person the other day, the staff were great and the wait time was fine. That’s the only reason I’m giving this 2 starts. When I was called with my lab results today, whoever gave them to me didn’t seem very knowledgeable and wasn’t very helpful. I was left still with a few questions, so I called back later to see if I could speak to a nurse or NP and the receptionist was rude. She told me they would have to call me back. Ok, I get it, that’s fine. However, I work at a hospital so I only have a few times throughout the day I can actually talk on the phone. I tried calling back about 5 times throughout the day and nobody would respond. So, in person my visit was fine, but if you have any questions about anything, good luck getting in touch with anyone from this office.

Words cannot express how my experience was. All I can say is thank you for everything, The service was second to none and for that I am grateful and appreciative. Thanks again.

The lady’s that work here are great.Went in for a covid/flu test. After testing, my body went into a shock, the staff did everything possible to help and comfort me during a difficult time.

Very clean facility from the waiting room to the public restroom to the exam rooms. Amazing, professional, and SUPER friendly staff both in person and on the phone...even the employees who weren’t dealing with me directly made it a point to be friendly. Went in this afternoon for Xrays on a shoulder that I hurt a couple of weeks ago...the wait was long, but that’s only because they were absolutely swamped. They were getting people in a lot more quickly than I’ve experienced at some other clinics even before COVID hit! I was a walkin, 9th in line behind others that had scheduled ahead, and only sat in the waiting room for about an hour. Even with the Xrays, I paid exactly what I would have for a general visit to my PCP instead of the nickelanddiming I would have faced at a regular emergency room. Definitely going to be returning here in the future (hopefully not too often 🤣) if I find myself in a situation where I need to be seen quickly and can’t get into my PCP.

I waited for an hour and never even received the paperwork I was supposed to fill out for my visit. Staff wasn’t helpful to anyone who walked it, place was messy, and they don’t enforce mask mandate even though half of the people there were getting a covid test. This used to be my top pick for walk in care, but this place has really gone downhill. Maybe it’s covid fatigue, but facilities like this are supposed to be stopping the problem, not spreading it.
