I have been very impressed with the care I have received here with a difficult illness but not one that required in the care of an emergency room. The staff is fantastic and compassionate while also being positive.

Very clean facility from the waiting room to the public restroom to the exam rooms. Amazing, professional, and SUPER friendly staff both in person and on the phone...even the employees who weren’t dealing with me directly made it a point to be friendly. Went in this afternoon for Xrays on a shoulder that I hurt a couple of weeks ago...the wait was long, but that’s only because they were absolutely swamped. They were getting people in a lot more quickly than I’ve experienced at some other clinics even before COVID hit! I was a walkin, 9th in line behind others that had scheduled ahead, and only sat in the waiting room for about an hour. Even with the Xrays, I paid exactly what I would have for a general visit to my PCP instead of the nickelanddiming I would have faced at a regular emergency room. Definitely going to be returning here in the future (hopefully not too often 🤣) if I find myself in a situation where I need to be seen quickly and can’t get into my PCP.

awesome place.got me right back soon as I got papers filled out and turned back in... dr. checked me 2 shots later I am home. now... was clean and personal was super sweet

It was super busy, the wait time was almost 2 hours but well worth it. The staff were all so kind. I hadn’t been to an urgent care clinic in years but this will definitely be my “go to” clinic from now on
