Good doctors but ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC communication and office staff! They will not return your calls when messages are left. They do not provide upfront and honest information about billing. I have been overcharged and cannot get anyone to call me back or provide itemized bills.

She helped with my last 2 babies, i loveddd her and her staff and how much they listen to your health and mental state. Love love love her.

Lengthy post here..I would not recommend due to the personal experience I encountered. This was my very first pregnancy I was about 8-9wks along (unaware). I had started bleeding on June 3rd (not spotting period like) continued going into 2nd wk. I had went to the ER to be instructed to follow up with an OB to book an appointment as a new patient. As a New patient not once did I encounter Dr. Garner up until the horrific news being delivered on June 30th to be told it is an ''ectopic pregnancy'' and the best decision would be Methotrexate (least invasive) which would be given the following day July 1st. No patient education in regards of side effects, symptoms I would be enduring, how long I would be bleeding for, when would my period regulate, what I could take and not take, only the action of how the medication works and with the instruction to come to the ER if saturating a pad less than an hr. . after obtaining labs every 2days to monitor HCG levels, I only saw her NP once first appointment as a new patient no pelvic exam to address the the “bright red blood” that I was experiencing. when I mentioned it isn't spotting I was told, ''Everyone's body is different''. Also, not to mention the run around with my labs, returning calls rarely happened or even to get through on the phone. this was my first pregnancy not only was I nervous because, I knew what I was experiencing was not normal but, the unprofessionalism I encountered as if it were not a big deal is unremarkable and upsetting. Never have I felt so alone going through this, never have I felt like I was being heard about the compliant I verbalized, confused and scared just to be faced with my worst nightmare having to end my pregnancy due to ectopic pregnancy. Something I have to live with every single day in hopes of coping of the loss of a baby. The support that was needed and adequate patient care was not given.

Dr. Garner has delivered all of my children and even came in to deliver my 3rd baby herself (she was not supposed to be on call that day) after we previously discussed I wanted her delivering all of my babies because she is the only other person, other than my husband, myself, funeral director, to hold our daughter in her arms. She was stillborn for an unknown reason and Dr. Garner was with me every step of the way throughout the years. She stopped her appointments to sit with me for over an hour while my husband drove from work to be with me after learning our daughter had no heartbeat. Dr. Garner is amazing.

Totally great doctor, completely unprepared staff.They ask to leave a voicemail that they will not respond. Or they say they will check something and call you back but don’t call back. They don’t provide complete information about follow ups and labs. It’s a nightmare.

The worst! I listen to my body and asked for a sonogram to see what’s going on... nope just 2 blood test that was it and put me on a pill for a week.. I’m changing doctors! I feel like she never took me serious or even listened to what I was going through each month. Would never recommend her!

I am a person with multiple health problems, and Dr. Garner always takes time to listen and discuss them with me. A very professional and caring doctor.

Dr Garner and her staff are great! Been seeing her for about 3 years now. They are always attentive and give the best quality care, get me in and out pretty quickly. Highly recommend!

She is an amazing doctor! Sometimes the front staff can be alittle short and not so friendly but the nurses and doctor Garner and her NP Sarah are all amazing! Great bedside manner! Dr Garner and Sarah both are very thorough and answer your questions without making you feel like your inconveniencing them for asking or that your dumb for asking! Dr Garner listens to concerns very well and explains things very well. Never makes you feel rushed!!I went through fertility treatments and also pregnancy with her and she’s so amazing that even my family members switched once they met her! Also she guarantees that she will be the one to deliver your baby so you don’t get stuck with some other random doctor! I had a complicated pregnancy and she was great the whole time and great when I had an emergency C-section when my babies HR was acting up! Highly recommend!
