Writing this review for my 80 year old Mother. She first saw Dr. Norton about 2 weeks ago l, when a mammogram and biopsy came back positive. She went to the appointment and the Dr immediately said she should schedule surgery. Mom was a little reluctant and wanted a second opinion. The Dr was very unhappy about her request, but gave her some hormone blockers and told her she had to make a decision in about 6 weeks. Today, Mom called back because of some side effects of the meds and was told, “well just stop taking them and watch it”!! Really?!?! A patient has a right to a second opinion, without being treated like the Dr (and her RN) were offended. You can bet we will NOT being seeing this unprofessional, ready to just cut on you office again! Be ware!

My experience with Dr. Norton was very positive under the circumstance. She and her nurse were helpful at putting me at ease as well as available when I had questions. I am acquainted with 2 other women who have dealt with breast cancer and she preformed their surgeries. They were very complimentary of Doc Norton also.

Really liked her and her staff. Very Friendly and puts you at ease! I was very scared because just found out i had breast cancer. Time i left her office she had me felling at ease. Loved her nurse.

The receptionist was terribly rude and I was treated like garbage. She pretty much called me a liar because I misunderstood something the nurse told me. Then she made me feel very uncomfortable because of how combative she was.

Dr. Norton removed my gallbladder on an out patient surgery and did a wonderful job. When I had a problem she had me come to the office right then to make sure everything was ok. She did a wonderful job and I will recommend her to anyone that ask if I know a great Surgeon.

Dr.Norton is by far one of the best doctors I have ever had. She recetly removed a lump from my breast and was there for me, even on her day off. She is very personable and respectful.
