List of N. Keith Robinson's Reviews
Dr. Robinson is a horrible doctor. He has been my mom's doctor for five years. She is a healthy, strong woman who has only been sick twice, both reasons are due to Dr. Robinson's inept care. Not only does he not know what he is doing, he also gets mad at her when she asks him questions and tries to make her feel bad for trying to figure out why she is sick. After he gets mad, he then won't talk to her! $1,800 a year and he won't talk to her on the phone or see him in his office! She didn't feel well and went into him to figure out why; he said he "couldn't figure it out" so she ended up in the hospital for very low sodium levels. If he would have done some basic blood work, he would have known this and she would have avoided dangerously low sodium levels and the hospital. The second time she was really sick was because she had low iron levels. Again, he "couldn't figure it out." He made her get an MRI, she went to the emergency room, he tried to admit her to a REHAB hospital and all he had to do was run some basic blood work to see that she was anemic. Three weeks of feeling awful and wondering what was wrong could have been remedied within days if he knew what he was doing. To add insult to injury, he took her off of pain pills (that she didn't need to be on), sleeping pills, and anti-depressants (that she didn't need to be on) cold turkey, resulting in her going through withdrawal. He denied this could make her feel sick. The only reason my mom knows why she is feeling awful is because she went to a different doctor who quickly knew which blood work to run and quickly determined what was wrong. The new doctor also said it's very serious to take patients off of these kinds of medication cold turkey, every doctor should know that. Please know this guy either doesn't know what he's doing or just doesn't care. If my mom would have stayed with him, I would be nervous that he would end up killing her.
I am 69 years old and Dr. Robinson is the best doctor I have ever been to see. He is very courteous, thoughtful, considerate, and helpful. I know when I need him, he is always quick to respond and be available. I have never had this much trust and dependability in any doctor and his staff! I couldn’t be any more satisfied with a doctor than I am with Dr. N. Keith Robinson!
Dr. Robinson is one of the finest physicians in my memory. He is extremely knowledgeable, and he is genuinely compassionate.

Dr. Robinson and his nurse Deanna are always there to help. He is very thorough and takes his time to discuss any issues you might have. Abilene is lucky to have Dr. Robinson!
If you want the best doctor in Abilene, Dr. Robinson is it! He took care of my friend and I am so thankful! He truly cares and is very knowledgable. I was impressed! God Bless him!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
