List of Shannon Polone's Reviews
Great medical professional. Knows her business and not afraid to send you to doctors for second opinion. Very interested in patient health. Shannon and Anna make an excellent team.
Shannon is a great provider. Her nurse Anna is awesome too. Office staff are always kind. The only reason I’m giving a low review is due to billing practices. This office will find any reason to add additional charge codes. The most recent was an annual Wellness visit- preventive care- no new issues-no treatment plans changed. During the visit she asked me how I’m handling 2 prior issues. Based on her asking about 2 already diagnosed and treated issues- she billed me for the preventive exam and an office visit. I didn’t bring those issues up. You would think it would be a part of the exam due to getting history- but nope. Just another way to get more $$$. I’m really disappointed because I liked her has a PCP and she seems like a good person. I can’t continue to see someone who does not find it morally wrong to double bill. If this happens at a preventive exam with no new issues, no new testing, no new treatment plans- imagine the extra billing codes used for legit issues.
This doctor has made a tremendous impact on my health.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
