Dr. Fitzgerald was very professional and thorough on my new patient visit. She took the time to look over my previous provider’s records prior to talking with me. She talked with me about my healthcare needs and didn’t rush me out. I am glad I chose Dr. Fitzgerald as my new doctor.

She was my PCP for the past 2-3 years before leaving and I really don't see where these positive reviews are coming from. She never seemed interested in my care. When it was time for my annual, she was very judgmental and made me feel like I wasn't worth her time. Her front desk staff and nurses were wonderful on the other hand.

Stephanie was one of my favorite drs. She was soft spoken very patient and listened which is hard to find in a dr. I saw her for a short time in Abilene cos she moved and I will miss her.

First time patient, felt loved and welcomed from moment I walked in! The receptionists were so nice and helpful. The medical assistant was funny and personable! The wait time I experienced was nothing compared to other Dr’s office. Definitely recommend filling out paperwork online prior to coming in for appt, it took less wait time.

Update: I'd like to express my appreciation of being personally contacted about my concerns. I felt that the experiences that I conveyed were important to the person I spoke with. Thank you for reaching out to me. Original post: Had hurt my arm so they took xrays. Did not receive a call back from them, so after 3 days I called them. They said we will call you back later today. They did not. Called the next day they said there was nothing wrong with my arm. I said it's still hurting they said put ice on it. I went to the ER they told me it was fractured.Another time I had an appointment she didn't see me till 3 hours later.I have yet to have a good experience with her.

Being from los angeles, I've doctor shopped until I found doctor Stephanie Fitzgerald! She is the one doctor who showed compassion, understanding and had the mindset and skill set to treat what was wrong with me without looking down her nose at me!She is caring, kind and 100% proffessional! I was humbled when she said she'd be my primary!Thank God Doctors like het Still exist!!!Lynn Rodgers
