Addison Pain's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient for over 10yrs and Dr East and staff are great and very attentive of my needs and concerns.

It is rare to find a doctor that gives you the info and delivers when it comes to caring for a patient. The staff at Addison pain is top notch and Thankful for Dr East and his care.

My mother has been going to Dr East since 2019. Dr. East assured her that he would work with her insurance because she is on Medicare and they did not accept medicaid and Dr East was aware the entire time of her insurance carriers and still assured her he would take care of her no matter what they had to do. Well, this morning my mother gets a call from the clinic saying that her insurance is now considered out of network and that she would have to start paying out of pocket per visit. My mother lives on SSI and SSI disability and gets about 1000 a month. They dropped her as a patient without so much as a referral for a new doctor or even an apology. Now I can definitely say that Dr. East does not care about his patients...all he cares about is the money he's making off these patients!! Just one more doctor to add to the list of doctors who only care about what they make off of their patients and not the actual care of their patients. Disgusting!!!

We had one minor bump in the road with a scheduling error when I first visited. However, Dr. East is an amazing doctor, and he is the first Dr who has grasped from the very beginning one of the main sources of my daily moderate to severe pain. After two diagnostic injections, we moved on to the actual procedure, and a week and a half later, I am feeling so much better. I can't wait to move on to some of my other problem areas.

Dr. East and his staff were friendly and helpful. I am very thankful that Dr. Rob Dickerman referred me. Great location. Lots of parking available.

I've been in pain since 1992 when I first hyperextended my knee. Then again, while in the army, among additional injuries and a career as a Paramedic. I've been in constant pain. I've tried different things over the years with no relief. I was skeptical about what this would do. First injection in my neck. When I awoke from the procedure, I started crying, which the nurse worried about. I told her the pain was gone. This was a good cry. Then my lower back. It took two rounds for my lower back, but eventually, the result was the same, no more pain. I'm pain-free for the first time since 1992. I would highly recommend Dr. East and staff for your pain management. I can't wait to see how long I remain pain-free.

Went there to have PRP on the back and feet, felt worse at first which is to be expected due to the inflammation which is part of the therapy, but within 6 months later and I could say it was well worth it. Feel loads better thank to Dr East, Sylvia and the rest of the staff. Before the procedure the spine docs wanted to fuse 3 of the disc together and break my feet and reform my arches which had fallen, instead I chose PRP therapy and avoided the surgery and this is 2 years later. I recommend it before any fusion surgery or arch reshaping surgery.I believe it still improving and with proper diet and the right exercise I am living proof.

I have been going to pain management now at this location for some time, and I must say everyone here is very nice and attentive. Even if I am in pain and do not have an appointment, they care enough to let me come in to get seen. The office is always clean and the staff conducts themselves in a very professional manner at all times. I put my full trust in this clinic.Thank God I found this place....thank you John.. and Sylvia ....

I LOVE ADDISON PAIN. They truly care about thier patients. I they listen and make sure to give you the best options they go above abd beyond the call of duty. Dr East has will always be the Best Dr in the Dfw. Sylvia and staff are awesome! I had back problems from epidural and I fell on the ice and they have been awesome helping me get back on track. I'm a hair stylist and it was hard to stand but I'm feeling better day by day.
