I had spondylolisthesis stage 3, I needed to have a spinal fusion to my L5-S1, (ALIF & PLIF) and I had been looking for a surgeon that I felt 100% confident with and a I had a good line of communication with (Not just speaking to staff). I interviewed 6-7 doctors and found the “one” Dr. Chet Donnally in Texas. I booked an appointment at the Addison, TX location, not only was he a spine specialist but he was personable and available every step of the process, from beginning to end. You will not be disappointed. I feel so good before, during and after my surgery and you will to! Dr Chet Donnally and his staff were amazing and beyond my expectations times 10.

All went well. We arrived very early and they got me in. The staff made us fill at home. Dr Donnelly took his time talk explaining my situation to me.

The staff would except for you to do their work in for your insurance and payments to get taken care of first before you get very well taken care of. And don’t seem to check on the patients when it’s close for your appointment unless they have a favoritism. But how would I know when I had seen and spoken to their female manager and seemed pretty discriminate of my partner and a bit rude.

Outstanding clinical, surgical, pre-op and post ops services. extensive feedback on any questions posed. Timely availability of appointments and various locations available. Administrative staff and information needed from patient was well communicated to patient. The entire staff is well trained and always present in a most courteous and respectful manner. The surgical results were of the highest technical quality and superb outcome. Highest recommendation given and well deserved.

Dr. Donnally is the real MVP! I’ve met with a few doctors out of state before I met Dr. Donnally. He was the only doctor to discover I had a fracture contributing to my back and leg pain after a MVA. I can tell he took his time reviewing my case prior to meeting with me. He broke everything down for me in terms of what he thinks is the best approach for me after exhausting all conservative methods. He made me feel comfortable and was always ready to answer any questions I had. I ended up having surgery under Dr. Donnally’s care and expertise and I am feeling better than I ever have. I’m really glad I went with my gut feeling and chose him to perform my much needed surgery. He definitely has a passion for what he does and it shows! Do not hesitate to book an appointment with him.
