I’m super upset I took off from work to prepare for my (initial) telemed appointment today 11/21/22, but I never got a call, message or email with appointment instructions, I even called the office at 1:30pm to see if I was supposed to get a link or something, and was told I was going to be called back and I never got any call, but I sure got a call to pay a copay for an appointment that didn’t even happened. I didn’t even get an apology for this or even for when they send me the paperwork initially and forgot to send it ahead of time, and told me I only had a few hours to complete (even when it was the staff mistake I didn’t get it in the first place) I feel the staff being very unprofessional and not taking my case seriously and this is a very important matter to me and my husband. I got recommended by my obgyn and I had super high expectations but after this I really have had a bad experience with your office and I haven’t even been there yet.

Today I met Dr. Mainsfield and I don’t think in all of my life that I have ever met anyone as welcoming and warm in a medical setting. She was an absolute joy. I felt as if I was talking with a friend.She made me feel like I was not just another patient that needed help. I left today’s appointment with my head held high. She gave me my hope back. Dr. Mainsfield gave me a game plan, and a time frame and didn’t extend it out with unnecessary tests and procedures. We are so happy to be patients of hers. Let me also not forget to include Charlie, the patient concierge. Charlie was just as welcoming and warm and made me feel like I was not a burden or just another call. Charlie answered all my questions and concerns in one phone call and did it with patience and grace. Overall the best experience I have ever had. - Stephanie B.

Dr. Mansfield is absolutely wonderful. She is knowledgable, explains the options and rationale behind different IVF protocols, and is just a delightful, positive, and engaging person. She cares for me (and all her other patients) in such a kind way. Office is responsive and equally friendly. I appreciate this clinic for making this tough journey a little easier.
