List of Heidi Lee's Reviews
This was my first visit with Dr Lee. The office staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Dr Lee is personable and genuinely listened to me when discussing my condition. I just moved to this area so establishing new Dr's is a must. I'm confident I made the right decision on reaching out to her practice to continue my care.
I appreciate how Heidi explained and discussed all aspect of the procedure and expectations.
A complete satisfaction of how my issues were explained by Dr. H.Lee and options given to. Not the least are the front desk and the MA
I was referred to Dr Lee by her colleague who practices in the same office. Honestly, I wouldn’t have minded going elsewhere but I was persuaded by the ease of relaying information between physicians. I was scheduled out for 2.5 weeks and was eager to get in sooner due to the immense pain I was in and also the end of the yet deductible rush. They let me know they didn’t have a cancellation list however I could call in and see if there were cancellations. I called nearly everyday and got an appointment. The staff let me know that the dr only did injections on Tuesdays but still had quite a few openings. I go in for my appointment and the dr says they call to schedule. I called her RUDE scheduler and was told the soonest I could get in was the 2nd week of the year. Through pestering I later found out it is because they prioritize Medicare patients first as Medicare pays them more. Insane that they put mw through all of this knowing I wouldn’t get scheduled. Good doctors, bad intentions.
Can't believe she calls herself a pain management doctor. She denied my request for a prescription and told me I needed to "learn what a bad day felt like ". She was unwilling to accommodate me for 2 simple diagnostic injections that would have allowed me to get the treatment I needed. Initially I was told we could get the injections done in a few weeks but after the first one I was told I had to wait 2 weeks before tele-med follow up and then 3 weeks before 2nd injection. I asked when we could schedule surgery for extreme pain and was told "We are extremely busy and don't know when we can accommodate you ". This all by the "pain management doctor " who said I need figure out what a bad day is. I can only hope she at some time in her life experiences chronic pain and gets met with the same dismissive attitude. You should be ashamed of yourself Heidi Lee
You could say I am please with Dr. Heidi Lee and Texas Spine Specialists. I have been going to Dr. Lee for 2+ years and have been very satisfied. The procedures I have had, have given my spinal stenosis lower spine and scoliosis of the top spine diagnosis relief and have avoided the extensive spine surgery. Dr. Lee and her office crew and her surgery crew are the best and very compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Lee she is a 15+ out of a scale of 10.
Dr. Lee has done a wonderful job managing my pain with medication. She does not rush me and answers all my questions.
Dr Lee gave me some shots to relieve some back pain that I have had for 10+ years. Her staff kept me well informed and she was extremely patient and I felt relief immediately. I would definitely recommend for sciatica, or any type of back pain relief
Dr Lee takes the time to listen, explore options and considers all angles. Comprehensive, caring and knowledgeable.
Dr Lee is very attentive and caring.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
