My experience here at Life Care Dallas has been very good. I'm discharging today. Dr. Perijoc and Dr. Woods was great.

1950 Record Crossing Rd, Dallas, TX 75235This place is not where you want to bring your loved one. Most of the nurses are great but the building is old and they do not have bathrooms in the rooms of the patience. Some of the people that work there are not nice at all. They pour urine in the sink in the patience room and we all know how unsanitary that is. And if you try to protect your loved one then you get the side eye like your a horrible person. When you have family stay with your loved one then they act like they know how that person needs to be treated. They think they know more about the patient than you when that is impossible. Do not put someone in there for any reason especially if they have ALS. They wake you up at all hours of the night and make so much noise. The doors to your room is all glass so all the lights shine in and you cant sleep. The curtains they pull are so short. The rooms are not that clean at all. I seen little black bugs by the sink in the room where they pour the pee from the caths down. They never bleach the sinks and they give drinking water out of those faucets. Just disgusting. The doctors do not tell you when they change medications how they are taken and it takes days to get it straightened out. Just stay far away from this place if you can.

This is a fantastic LTAC. The physicians, nursing staff and others are amazing! The building is clean and very inviting The outcomes are above any other in the market. They make patient care, satisfaction and outcomes the priority.

It is a very pleasant facility with knowledgeable staff. The patients are the priority. The parking is in very close proximity of the facility. The staff is very friendly. The facility is nice and clean.There is complimentary coffee and a beautiful container of water with a variety mix of fruit for the visitors. Delicious popcorn is sometimes available on Fridays.
