Dr. Fowler is awesome. She really took her time with me and I felt like she was very candid about the areas that needed Botox. I felt like she wasn’t trying to upsell me or push unnecessary products or procedures. I was very impressed with my experience at West Lake and with Dr. Fowler!

The best and most knowledgeable dermatologist in Alamo Heights. Both my family members and I enjoy going to her. Highly recommend her for anyone close by in Alamo Heights/Terrell Hills.

My daughter was considering (actually had an appointment) this doctor until I saw her actual comments around trans people in a group talking about thongs in a swimming pool, then she turned it around about trans folks. I called my daughter and quickly got her to cancel her appointment. Maybe next time stay in your lane doc! I pray no trans folks have to deal with this doctor.

This physician is transphobic and unapologetically so. When confronted on a public forum about it, she doubled down. I hope she doesn’t have an trans patients and if she does I just want to tell you that you are valid and loved and you deserve a better doctor.It’s not defamation if you actually said it.

Dr Fowler is amazing. I am a nurse and ironically terrified of needles. She did an amazing job talking to me for distraction when numbing an area for a procedure. I refer all my friends and family to her.
