Excellent service & Catherine is compassionate and all around fantastic! More than your typical home care provider, it is evident from the beginning that she truly wants to help others! With years of expertise and gentle care, I would definitely recommend 13/10!

We needed someone to come in and provide assistance getting my dad who has Parkinsons and dementia, up, showered, dressed, etc. in the morning. Catherine came out quickly to assess the situation, and got someone scheduled. She even personally came out on the 4th of July to take care of my dad in the morning...because the regular person was not available. That is great customer service! She also took the initiative to reach out to the the home health service my parents were using to recommend that my father received both PT and OT services. It is very obvious that Catherine truly cares about her clients, and always has their best interest in mind, and she goes above and beyond to provide great service.

As an employee this has been by far the best company I have worked for since I moved to texas. The owner isn't afraid to jump in and provide service/hands on care if the need arises and there is great opportunity for growth.

I have been getting care for about 6 months now from Assisting Hands Servicing Allen and Surrounding Areas. If it wasn’t for their care and consistency. I know I would of gone back to the hospital. Without them I wouldn’t be able to stay safe at home alone. My family has been able to rely on them when they weren’t able to take me to doctors appointments. Catherine the Owner has been a blessing for me and my family.
