Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been going to Athletico Physical Therapy for over a month now after I had hurt my back. Darya Zhelezkov is an amazing physical therapist. With, what felt like, a few light touches she pinpointed the the troubled area and had a plan of what we needed to do to fix my issue. And it is working. All the sessions are one-on-one. She is there to make sure you’re doing your exercises correctly and very encouraging. Scheduling appointments is very easy and fits my own, at times, very busy schedule. She is the physical therapist I’d recommend to my family, friends and just people in need.

I have never met such a wonderful physical therapist as Darya, I highly recommend her. Darya will find an individual approach to your problem, find out what your problem is, advise what should be done to solve your problem, select a set of exercises that will help you feel 100% pain-free. I had chronic neck pain, Darya selected a set of exercises that not only helped me live without pain, but also feel much better physically. Thanks a lot Darya!

Darya is the best Physical Therapist. I had complete knee replacement and I couldn’t walk when I first saw her. Now I’m doing so much better. She is the real thing. She’s caring, extremely knowledgeable, and just a great therapist I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I travel from McKinney to her in Allen bc she is worth it.

I have been going to PT for 3 weeks now and what a difference! I was in so much pain from a rotator cuff injury and dreaded trying PT until I met Darya. She alleviated my fears and patiently showed me how to do each exercise. I had exercises to work on at home and she even recorded me doing one of the exercises on my phone so that I could make sure I was performing it correctly. I have made an enormous amount of progress with her help and gentle encouragement. So thankful I didn't just go get a shot or have surgery. The individualized plans are adjusted each time based on your range of motion when you come back each visit. Everything you could need to make progress toward a full recovery is available to you. And Darya is just sensational at coaching you every step of the way.
