I'd have to characterize my experience as confusing and disappointing. The transfer of medical records by my physician on referral was at first acknowledged but later the records couldn't be located. I was alternately told the records were there or were not seemingly dependent upon who I spoke with at any given time, but they weren't available for my first OV and I was told then that I should have brought paper copies of my records to the OV. I've never heard such a thing and am shocked the electronic age hasn't caught up with everyone in the medical industry. The follow-on appointment scheduled at the end of my OV was quickly followed by a notice that it needed to be rescheduled but when I called to do so I was told the appointment was good and there was no need to reschedule. Subsequently, I am informed the appointment is canceled because I hadn't rescheduled it as requested. I understand that staffing is a big problem right now, and I've tried to be understanding of that fact but the truth is my confidence in this practice has been seriously eroded now and I'm just not sure this is the place I need to be.

Dr. Griffin is outstanding. He made us feel so comfortable and answered all our questions in terms we could understand. We recommend him and this clinic to anyone needing their type of medical care. The staff there is friendly and helpful.

Dr. Griffin was incredibly patient, helpful, and understanding. He does a great job of explaining things in easy to understand ways. His staff are also friendly.

Dr Griffin actually listens to his pts and spends quality time. He is a Navy veteran and a good guy with a pleasant demeanor. Staff is excellent. The appointment call service is excellent and helpful as they know there doctors well and can "make things happen" when needed! Dr Griffin is new to this HUGE urology group and is a credit to the group as a whole. I'm in the medical business and can talk with a large degree of experience.

The nursing staff is not good with patient follow up, or doing the correct bloodwork per Griffins orders. Follow up on prescriptions has been terrible. Dr Griffin has pretty good bed side manners.

The visit with Dr Griffin itself went fine. However finding his office was a true challenge because he works out of a building WITHOUT a Street name or Number. His scheduling staff has to be the worst there is! I was called that the next visit has to be rescheduled and it was changed to a new date and time only to be called back 20 minutes later by the SAME person to CHANGE the appointment again! Suggestion: Ask the patient to call the Dr’s office a few days before the Dr would like to see the patient again!

Dr. Griffin is probably the best doctor I have ever seen. Actually, he is the best. He takes his time with me, actually listens to me and always wants to know if I have any questions before he exits the exam room. He explains everything in such a way that you leave with an exact understanding. I have never left his office with one question left unanswered. His nursing staff is very kind.
