The Saturday of Memorial Day weekend started experiencing an alarming amount of blood loss while going to the bathroom. We went to the Texas Health Resources in Allen ER where, long story short, they did a blood test and then sent him home with a referral for a colonoscopy. We were assured that the referred office of Dr. Dhaveleshwar (also a part of THR) would call Tuesday morning to make the appointment and if they didn't call before 10, we should call them. Well they didn't call, so my husband called (no answer, went to message center), left a message, and still have heard NOTHING from them. Meanwhile my husband feels weak and just not right, and we have no idea why he is sick. We have moved on to try and get in to see a GI somewhere else. In my opinion this is unacceptable patient "care". .

Dr Deepti worked my mother in on short notice for a GI work up followed by EGD and colonoscopy within one week. We’re appreciative of her knowledge, skills, compassion, and kindness. She and her staff are exceptional!

Dr. Deepti Dhavvaleshwar is a professional, polite, very knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner’s. She explained the procedures she was going to perform on me Endoscopy and Colonoscopy. She explained in detail the the preparations to make and abide by. Highly recommend Dr. Deepti Dhavvaleshwar to anyone with GI issues. Dr Deepti also had two follow up visits with her. She cares about her patients.

Since January22 facing abdominal discomfort for that Dr asked me multiple tests did all tests abdominal and pelvis scan, CT scan,H pylori test,ultrasound, endoscopy spend almost more than $4000 but still not able to fix my pain and again asked for some other tests dnt understand after how many tests i am going to recover. Expected some empathy towards patient but not received.
