I'm giving 2 stars to be nice but this place is so weird. I called last week to schedule a new patient appointment, they couldn't figure out how to schedule so they said they'd call back....shocker they didn't. I called this morning to try again, I spent almost an hour on the phone trying to schedule and was told the provider accepted my insurance. Not only that I was given a location 20 minutes from me when there's a location 5 minutes from me and who I was speaking to wasn't interested in looking at the closer location for me and to save more time I agreed to the further location. Then I just got a call that the provider doesn't accept my insurance and they went straight into self pay....why would I pay when my insurance covers mental health? Why would the next step not be to find a provider that is CLOSER and accepts my insurance. Even though I was told the provider DOES accept my insurance when I scheduled. This place isn't for me unfortunately but hopefully this is helpful to others.
