Extremely unprofessional doesn't listen and tries to immediately upsell you before she's even done a full consultation with you. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable, and I stated that, and then she flipped the script and told me that I made her uncomfortable threatened to call the cops when I asked her to give my money back and all the things absolutely 100% unequivocally do not recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at Highness Med Spa. Dr. Afridi is not only professional but very knowledgable. She is incredibly kind and attentive. She explains everything clearly and what really stood out was her attention to detail and genuine care of her clients. The front staff is also very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Highness Med Spa to anyone looking for high-quality treatments and a team that truly values your wellness.

I recently visited Highness Med Spa for RF microneedling and laser hair removal, and I am beyond impressed with the results! RF Microneedling: This treatment was a total game-changer for my skin. Right after the session, my skin started to look noticeably smoother, tighter, and more refreshed. Over the following weeks, I saw a beautiful glow and improved texture. It reduced the appearance of fine lines and gave my face a more youthful, lifted look. I’ve never had so many compliments on my skin! Laser Hair Removal: I also had laser hair removal done, and even after just one session, I noticed a significant difference. It took about a month and a half before I saw any regrowth, and when it did grow back, the hair was softer and much finer. The process was quick and relatively painless. Also huge difference with ingrown hairs. Overall, the experience was professional, comfortable, and the results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Highness Med Spa if you’re looking to enhance your skin and ditch the razor for good!

I don’t typically make reviews but I just had to share my experience. I recently had my first laser hair removal appointment at Highness Med Spa, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I was really nervous going in, but the two receptionists were incredibly kind and reassuring — they made me feel welcome the moment I walked in the door. The entire service was smooth and pleasant. The doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. I left feeling not only more confident, but genuinely excited to begin this journey. It was absolutely worth the drive — I would make it again in a heartbeat! On top of the amazing service, the package prices are truly unmatched. You get top-tier care without the crazy price tag, and that kind of value is hard to find. If you’re considering laser hair removal or any med spa service, I highly recommend Higness Med Spa. The staff is warm, professional, and truly cares about your comfort and results!

My absolute favorite place for self care, could not recommend enough! I initially found highness med spa through Groupon curious about trying one treatment- on my visit I instantly knew I would be a long time customer The Dr is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. She has my full trust with my skin, and Ive never once felt like a recommendation was not made with care. She educates me on what is and isn't necessary for my skin goals (even recommending more affordable options) The entire staff is so lovely and welcoming, I've never felt more comfortable at any other facility I have a busy schedule, and typically never commit to a membership- but they absolutely earned my business to come back monthly, and worth a 30+ min drive. The value for the service along with custom recommendations is worth double the price
