Highly displeased with the level of care this doctor provided my mother. During her pre-surgery appointment it was evident that his candor and bed-side manor could use major improvement. He was unopen to receiving questions from my mother about her treatment and care. No real attention was given to formulating and delivering her diagnosis. Thankfully my mother sought out other options and medical advice so that she could receive the proper care and be pain free. As a doctor he should seek to improve his listening skills as well as work on receiving questions and feedback from patients. Improving on showing compassion to your patients is also vital to the role you have. If you cannot perform these basic things why choose to be in a role of caretaking? Please do better. My mother does not deserve to be treated in this manner. Her health is just as important as any of your other patients.
