They scam you out of your money. I asked several times why am I not seeing results for my laser hair removal, after speaking to other aestheticians I found out their equipment is out of date. I never received a refund for my missed appointment or for the dishonest service.

MacKenzie and Vicky are so sweet and professional. I’ve been so impressed with all of my services so far. I’ve been going to this location for a year and my skin has improved tremendously thanks to MacKenzie. Microneedling and Moxi Laser are my top two for acne scarring. My skin is brighter and smoother than it’s ever been!! Thank you MacKenzie!! 🩷

Have been going to the flower mound location for a while now and so glad to have Allen open up- it's much closer to me so I have switched over to the new location. Love the staff and services.

The staff at Live Young Med Spa, Amber, Mackenzie and Vicky, are professional and well trained and love what they do. I have had the hydro facial and Moxi treatment with Mackenzie, and I’m very pleased with the results. Amber has an artistic eye which is so important when having fillers or Botox. I trust her to be honest to tell me what is the best treatment to enhance my appearance. Vicky keeps the office pleasant and relaxed. Live Young Med Spa is not at all pretentious or intimidating. It’s great service with great people.

She is dishonest and takes your money. There's only one aesthetician, she has an attitude and doesn't care about what you have to say. I spent a lot of money for this service. I spoke with other aestheticians and found out that her equipment is out of date and it only works on certain skin types. It does not work on dark hair. She has no morals. Don't believe her response to my review.

Best experience I have ever had! Very clean, kind, attentive and effective! Vicky upfront is a delight and so kind. And Makenzie is simply amazing at her job. I Would highly recommend to anyone looking for laser hair removal service! This place is a gem!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Live Young Wellness Spa in Allen, TX. The staff is amazing! Vicky is so sweet and super friendly. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. Mackenzie did an awesome job. She explained the process of my treatments and made sure I understood everything. Throughout the process she would ask if I was doing okay or needed her to pause. I am beyond happy with my results of my BBL & Moxi. This experience was definitely worth the 2-hour drive. I can’t wait for my next appointment!!
