My technician was nice but everyone else seemed to be bothered by patients coming into the office. One receptionist quickly told an older lady who had trouble with the paperwork to sit down and do it and got right back to talking about spicy chicken to her coworkers? I was rushed in and out of there in 10 minutes so I guess that’s good but it felt like nobody cared. Not the type of environment I’d like to be in when trying to find out if I have a tumor and getting a CT scan on my head… appointment was at 9:50 and I’m writing this at 10:05 for reference.

Friendly and professional staff and techs. On time, efficient, and made my teen daughter feel comfortable during her ultrasounds. Results were back and to her doc the same day! very pleased with our experience at Northstar.
