I have been going there for 2 years.Dr.Azad and his team is amazing.He takes care of his patients and explains every process very thoroughly. I can rely on him blindly. It has been very easy for me to reach out to him at the time of any emergencies. My best wishes for them.

THE WORST doctor ever! He cut an opioid pain medication prescription in HALF without telling me. I had to go through opioid withdrawal cold turkey because of him!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Azad is good in some specific cases. But their office and the way the lady PA ( possibly dr. Azad’s wife )talk to the patients is very weird. She is rude , demeaning , unprofessional.

I love my doctors! I was probably Dr. Azads first patient years ago when he moved to allen texas, and for someone with a history of cancer and who has "white coat phobia" along with multiple spinal issues, adhd and anxiety that was triggered from a job as a hate crime analyst and crisis responder that says alot. Dr. Azad and his wife (I believe) I absolutely love them. Wonderful bed side manner and they actually listen!! I recommend the whole practice, including the nurses and staff!!! Fair Health Wellness Center is a breath of fresh air when it comes to primary care. Dr. Azad and PA are both very knowledgeable and experienced in medicine. The staff is very welcoming and warm, and patients are in and out. Highly recommend!
