Dr Chappel and staff are very professional, analytical, and review carefully all medical records from my referring PC doctor. They are very accommodating and take the time discussing my medical condition and future plan for my treatment. I highly recommend Dr Chappel.

This Doctor is a joke. He strung me along for 5 weeks on incredibly important paperwork I needed for Sedgwick for an Intermittent Leave of Absence. He kept saying he filled it out and resent multiple times. Turns out he was denying my paperwork for literal no reason. I almost lost my ILOA I've been on since 2018 due to this clown. I also do not trust that he can actually read a CAT scan so I am not going to another doctor to get a 2nd opinion. Stay away from this Dr. You will never be able to communicate with him outside an appt and he cannot even communicate in the 1st place.

I have been seeing Dr Chappell for a few years now. He is awesome and so is his staff. They actually return calls, which is so refreshing. Another thing I appreciate is that you actually are seen within minutes of your appointment time. I have had many experiences with other practices where your appointment time seems to be more of a ...suggestion. But the best thing...I used to get pneumonia every single year; since I've been seeing Dr C and been on his regime, haven't gotten it one time. And I'm high risk for it. Highly recommend this practice.

My request for a doctor's appointment was denied due to my lack of insurance, despite my willingness to prepay for all required services. Such practices challenge the very essence of the Hippocratic oath, transforming practitioners into profiteers preying upon human suffering. One star is too much.
