Dr. Chappell and staff are both professional and a pleasure to visit. I've been a patient of theirs since 2019 and always happy with them.

I had been a patient of Dr. Tim Betz. He was wonderful but retired this summer. Dr. Chappell was in his office. I got an email and also a robo call telling me it was time for my visit today. Last week I called and left a message. No call was returned. Today I called to make an appt. and was told they would have to check with the Dr to see if he would accept me. Why did I get a call and an email? Now they call back and say sorry, he won't see you. What a joke.

Dr. Chappell is said to be a great doctor, however his poor choice in front desk staffing keeps people from having that experience. The office personnel are extremely rude and uncaring with sour personalities that patients experience calling and coming into the office. I would not recommend.

i met with Dr. Chappell on April15th. After reading the below reviews i was hesitant to go today. I very happy to say from the Front Office help to the lady that did my breathing test to the Dr. himself, that his office now runs at top rate. I didn't experience anything negative. 5 stars for sure.

I hate to write this, but my wife was a patient of Dr. Chappel whom which we really liked... But after a missed appointment his staff told her she would not be welcomed anymore. My wife was heart broken and cried because she did like him, and she thought she was more than just another "number" to him.... This devastated my wife..... Shame on you Dr. Chappel Shame!!!! I gave him two stars because when she did see him he treated her well and "seemed" to care...
