They were quick and polite. I had to go during lunch and I was very pleased.
Everything was real smooth! Testing was easy and the staff was good.
The staff was helpful, friendly and quick.
Came in for a rapid COVID test and they never emailed my results as they stated. Called me prior to closing I called back and the phones were off. Do not go there if you need your test results in hand or by email for work or travel because they do not send them to you. Just collected on my insurance and took my money thats a shame.*****UPDATE****** They sent it an hour later but used abbreviations and put Neg. versus negative. Not to be anal but in the world of medicine there is no room for assumptions. Why couldnt you write the whole thing out. Word to the wise try Nightlight Pediatrics without insurance the test is $75 versus $250 they charge here and they send test results on an official typed document. Not hand written using abbreviations
Quick and easy, got results within 20 minutes. Very well run just make sure you make a reservation in line before going.
Clean, organized, efficient. Kept me up to date on appt. time. Friendly, professional staff.
Great service!! No wait!! In and out within an hour. I was able to complete my paperwork online which was great!! Every employee was very kind. Hope I don’t have to go back but differently would be my first choice!!
Friendly staff.. they got me in and out very quickly. They addressed my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. My appointment was at 1, I went in a few minutes early do complete paperwork. I was walking out the door by 1:10!
This place is horrible! Had an appointment for 11:40, but it got pushed back 4 times. When they finally said they were ready, I sat there for an hour watching walk ins go in front of me. They kept telling me 5 more minutes and then called other people. Wouldn't recommend if you need anything other than a covid test.
Very good experience timely and professional.
I had a short wait without an appointment. Staff are polite and I use this place for my entire family.
Took my little one and everyone and everything about the experience was fantastic. Great staff and knowledgeable, dont be fooled by other reviews. I would come back again.
No issues with clinic or its staff. The issue is if you need a prescription. We waited at Kroger, literally 100 yards from clinic, for over an hour and the prescription was never sent. Ended up walking back to the clinic for a paper script.
The staff was very caring and friendly when I brought my grandmother there today. They helped us bring her inside and out with a wheelchair, and were even accomodating to the fact that I had to bring my roudy 3 year old along. The wait time was minimal and they were very thorough. Was so grateful for them!
I am here in town putting my mother in hospice care. Came in due to a enlarged lymph node. I also had the flu as well as just gotten a sinus infection. I came in twice. The first time the PA gave me an antibiotic that wasnt being effective. Being that I am 50something year old with a background in medicine, I pretty much knows what works for me and what doesnt. I came back in the next night to change up the medication. The PA on call this eve was completely rude. Asked me for my last RX of antibiotics out of my purse before he would write me a new script. Because, all drug seekers are looking for steroids and Z packs. Also, $95 per visit. Dr. Cindy Sieman, PsyD.
Been here several times never had a good experience. Front desk women are crazy rude, the nurse practitioner/Doctors are jokes. I wanted a second opinion one of my visits so I headed to the TX City location, calling along the way to make the appointment I get the Alvin location very nicely I tell the woman on the phone I just want to be transferred she proceeds to grill me for my name then gets an attitude when I tell her I was just there. She calls the Tx City location and upon arrival it was obvious the Alvin woman called and I could tell not nice things were said about me. One of my visits I was begging for antibiotics, sick as a dog (I own my business so missing work isnt an option.) I was sent home told to take Zyrtec. Days passed still no relief I had to go back and this time I was given antibiotics I was charged for another visit and had to miss work yet again. But the nurses seem to genuinely care and are nice. Another time I was there it seemed like they were just rushing through everyone and didnt care if patients got better or not. Very disappointing. Shoutout to the TX City location for always being amazing
This place lists on their website that they are a family practice doctor. Well I just moved to this area and I went into get refills on my psychiatry meds because I havent gotten established with a doctor out here. They were only willing to give me a seven day supply of my antidepressants. They also wanted to charge me $95 for blood work in order to write me a medicine for my blood pressure. Usually If I tell a doctor hey I cant afford a psychiatrist right now or I cant afford blood work theyll work with me to find a solution. Not the case with these guys. Dont come to these people and expect them to act like a regular family practice doctor.
This is the second time coming here first with my God daughter and today I was seen! Well this place is so amazing Angela and Kim at the front desk was very helpful ! Daunay examined and diagnosed with a sinus infection! I received an injection and I feel so much better. Thank everyone at Affinity Immediate Care you all deserve five gold stars for me.
My husband was seen at the Alvin TX location on our way to Galveston for a cruise. There were only 2 patients waiting when we arrived (10 min after opening) yet we still waited over an hour to see a doctor. They gave him a steroid shot for his sinuses. I put the gave in quotes because I dont believe that they ever actually gave him the shot. The nurse/medical assistant squeezed his arm extremely tightly but apparently never gave him the injection. Unfortunately I wasnt aware until I removed the bandaid on his arm later that night and there was no injection site on his arm, and there wasnt even a spec of blood on the bandaid. All this and they have billed our insurance $450. Beware of this place. If you get a shot better watch to make sure they actually give it to you.
Patricia batiste an unqualified lead at the center refused to extend my antibiotic script for a few days to keep me well and not miss work. She only goes off a book when you see her and doesnt give two rat farts about you knowing your body and whats going on. Im 37 and was told by her on my first experience that my strep hadnt progressed far enough to warrant antibiotics so once my tonsils where puss ridden and could barely breath her co worker wrote me a script and I had to beg for cough syrup. There faculty is well below sub par and I would recommend to everyone to go to UTMB by Home Depot on HWY 6. Much more in tune staff to peoples needs and they actually listen to there patients requests. Stay away from affinity in Alvin. Specifically Patricia Batiste
