we were really worried about finding the right person to help take care of my mother in law after she was down with a fractured back. she is a very private and...particular...person. Assisting Hands made sure to ask thorough questions to determine our specific needs and then...they sent Tessa. Tessa is incredible. She was always positive considerate patient and warm. She put my MIL at ease from the moment she walked in. The specific task we called for help with didnt take the entire hour minimum fee but Tessa used the extra time to take care of things we didnt even think to ask for. My MIL had a fresh bed change and everything in the room was picked up and clean before she left. Needing assistance with basic care and hygiene is not something anyone ever imagines themselves needing. Tessa took all of the discomfort and stigma out of a situation that usually creates feelings of helplessness. Tessa we will miss you.

My mother in law was so happy to have Amanda’s help during her first visit this week. It is so comforting to know that she has a caregiver who will watch and care for her when we are unable to be there Thank you for giving us peace of mind and being there for our mom.

I was really impressed with the quick action to help and the care and compassion. Hospice recommended them. My dad was put in hospice at home but we needed someone to stay with him during the middle of the night. They acted immediately and sent Jordan. Now they did ask if a male was okay and we were fine with that. Jordan was tatted all over and was the most wonderful compassionate and helpful person. He was there for whatever we needed. He would adjust him in bed make sure he had water and just sit and talk to him. He stayed by his side the whole time. We only used for a few nights because my dad passed. I would highly recommend them Thank you Assisting Hands for all you did

We have had Assisting Hands Alvin Tx sending Ella to us for two months now twice a week. She has been so much help to us. My sister loves her and has been very comfortable with Ella. This is our first time to have in home care and its been a blessing to have Ella helping us.

We have enjoyed our care taker Rebecca Roofner for the past year. She is willing to work on Saturdays and this year she will be working on Christmas day as well. We look forward to her visits and know we can always count on her.
