Bad eye surgeon, never answers my questions. I know way to many people that have lost one of their eye cause of bad surgery..

I have been seeing Dr Aragon for about a decade. He’s helped me so much with my diabetic eye problems. I highly recommend him. Someone else noted that some of his staff is not performing their job properly. I’m having trouble right now getting a surgery approved. They aren’t very helpful. I’ve been talking to my insurance and primary care physician and they both say that his office should be getting it approved. However his person there keeps telling me to go back to my primary. We’ll see how it plays out. I don’t think that I should be spending hours to get this done. Not happy.

Though the wait time can be long sometimes, I am grateful each and every visit. I have been receiving injections for Wet Macular for several years. They are always trying to improve the service for the overwhelming need for care. Dr. Aragon is professional and always answers any questions I have.

Dr Aragon deserves nothing but a 5+ star rating for his knowledge and expertise. He saved the vision in my eye after a retina detachment.

It was my good fortune that a friend recommended Dr. Aragon. Simply brilliant in his field. He sat me on a stool and went through scans thoroughly explaining my condition. He corrected another physician’s earlier diagnosis, and saved me what would have been useless treatments. I don’t know all of the other doctors in this field, but I do know Dr. Aragon, and If you need him, you’ll be lucky to know him as well!

Dr Aragon is superb. His staff is inept. Staff does not complete referrals nor adequately communicate with Dr Aragon. This ineptitude jeaopardizes health. He sholud either fire some or at least have better training and expectations. They ignore important work crucial to patient wellbeing. Even after repeated requests.

Always in a hurry, to aggressive when handling your eye!s !

Dr.Aragon has treated me for bleeding in the eyes. He lasered one eye and the other stopped bleeding on its own. He also referred me to one of the best cataract surgeons in the state. He is very good and very busy.

I have no complaints or problems about Dr. Aragon or his staff. They have always been kind & courteous. My issue & probably many other patients issue is with the method they use to process patients through an appointment which involves being directed in & out of 3 different waiting rooms before seeing the doctor taking a minimum of 3 hrs for each appt. It's very tiring to me & I'm sure even more so to even older or handicapped pts. Hoping they will reevaluate to come up with a better process.
